What kind? I am not sure of the brand name. It is a random ceramic mug in my cupboard. I gotta say something about your question gave me a good laugh.. So thank you. But Here is my mug collection.

All weighed on my kitchen scale, so I guess I can be off to a good start without having micro plates in my possession yet!

2 x 1 hour sets today at 1.4 lb using my handy dandy big coffee mug.

The feeling is great. For my second set I DID attempt to use a 2.5lb plate I picked up, no bueno. Too much too fast. I think this 1 to 2lb range will suffice to break in my little friend and get him accustomed, in time for my Heat Pad to arrive.

Glans is taped up and feeling good.

Well I broke a mug today. Good thing my new weights came in from Amazon last night! They are those roll up Velcro style ankle weights, they go up to 5.5lbs each, and are so easy to rig up for the hanger. I will be posting a full updated set of measurements at the end of February. I have posted stats on my profile from the beginning if anyone is interested in taking a peek. The big dropoff at the start was due to incompetent measurement.

I feel good about my minor progress so far. I am noticing a HUGE improvement in my flaccid hang. Before starting any PE whatsoever I always had to kind of “fluff” or move around, and hold and aim my flaccid while taking a piss. It really sucks man. But, the past few days at home and the gym, I just let it hang while I pissed! A small victory for some, a big one for me. Confidence booster. Just thought I would stop by tonight and write this entry in case there is anybody like myself, starting out from the smaller side, looking for something to relate to.

Also. I hung for hours today. It just feels good and I am trying to take advantage of being at home until the end of March.

Excellent!

I no longer have the severe turtling I used to have, but I’d trade any further gains in length for more flaccid. I can make use of that half a dozen times a day, as opposed to whenever my wife is in the right mood.

Today I hit 17.5cm BPFSL. It is really nice to see that nice even mark get hit. Next stop 18, hoping for some BPEL gains to follow in the next 60 days.

I’ve been hanging just over 3 pounds for my heavy set, and wow the fatigue is real. Feels good, but I think the fact I cheaped out on my Vac hanger is slowing me down. So I ordered the Total Man, it is arriving soon.

I’m using a Total Man bell with my cheap Chinese vacuum extender. It’s much deeper than the usual type, and has a beefier wire loop and thicker plastic, without the absurd “doorknob” bulk some of the ‘premium’ bells have. I’m pretty happy with it, though I will still use their web site as my prime example of “how to make a sucktastic web site.”

How do you like using an extender vs a hanger? Or do you use both?

I use both, though almost all the hanging has been with a Size Doctor bell instead of a bell and sleeve. The Size Doctor is quirky and hard to use, and getting out of it can be downright painful when I need a pee break. I did an hour of hanging with the TM bell today, and it was convenient and comfortable. I only used 1-1/2 pounds, though. I’ll step it up in a few days.

I’ve been trying to increase my extender time in the hope that it’ll help stretch some skin, which has not kept up with my length gains.

Many companies sell the same bell and sleeve with different accessories as a hanger, extender, or all-day stretcher. You can get the most tension as a hanger. Configured as an extender, you’ll eventually get pinching between the base ring and the pelvic bone, which limits either the tension or the duration. An ADS is basically light hanging without weights, using something stretchy to provide tension.

As a general guide:

Hanging, you’re (usually) stuck in one place, but tension is high.

Extending, you’re mobile, if privacy isn’t a big issue. Tension is moderate.

ADS, you can (often) go out in public, but without as much tension as the first two. You *can* crank a lot of tension in, but walking or sitting can then be a problem.

Well, my extender is getting delivered today I am pretty sure, and I am pumped to wear it! Hanging vac for hours at the start of the day is cool and all but, I really just need that time under moderate tension to run all evening. Luckily privacy is not an issue. I live all alone, I do most stuff around the house naked as is. Life is damn good. I do what I want when I want.

Trying to read through some of the more advanced threads here and understand strain. Because my pre and post BPFSL for my session today were basically the same. I actually had to pull really hard to get my end to match my pre, so I might even say if I was not pulling so hard I would be experiencing a negative strain percentage. If anyone wants to chime in please do.

Well a bit of an odd occurrence, today I DID get an increase in post measurement, almost 18cm compared to 17.5, the only difference really was that I used my extender for the first time today for a while and did not hang much, since my silicone sleeve is failing.

I use the total man extender for 3-4 hrs everyday. Just difficult finding out how much tension I am applying.

I am interested in your opinion weather to involve some hanging in the regimen.\
