Well my friend, at this point I myself cannot give a recommendation or opinion, as I just started PE in January. Maybe in a years time I will be in a better position to give pointers, If I find the gains I seek of course. If you do want to hang, I would go check out the threads by 5.5squared and Longerstretch. Those will give you a seriously solid foundation on which to build.

I think your session is to long. One hour should be enough. And I think your weights is a little low but I guess that your plan is to slowly go up in weights.

One hour should be enough? Okay I will keep that in mind. And the weights do feel low so maybe I will try an increase. The main issue I am having right now is that I am at home 24/7 until the end of March, and I feel like the times I DON’T do PE I am wasting time. That there is the reason I went for such a long session. But from the things I have read on the forum, longer does not necessarily mean better.

I would recommend measuring pre and post workout and calculating your strain each time. You may find that the extra set time contributes nothing or that your strain is too high and may hurt future gains based on 5.5s info and methodology.

I know the less is more concept can be hard to accept ( I know it is for me sometimes), but there seems to be a growing amount of data that supports it.

Tomorrow I will be back with a post detailing strain measurements, and the following time protocol:

10 min cold 2.65lb
30 min heat 3.18lb
30 min heat 3.71lb
10 min cold 4.24lb

I need to mentally get to that area of less is more. I know that this is going to take time so pushing hard for results is just foolish.

The weights felt great today. I really feel like I can go heavier but I am not going to rush into this. Less is more. Less is more.

I am posting these strain numbers measuring to the BOTTOM of my circumcision scar, on the end of it closer to my fat pad. I feel like takes a little subjectivity out of trying to squeeze and pull and manipulate the glans to measure to the tip.

Pre: 11.5cm
Post: 12cm
Strain: 4.35%

Can anybody provide feedback if this measuring method is okay?

Why not just manipulate and do whatever you can to get the maximum BPFSL every time? In that way you will be consistent. The most important thing is that you can see long term results. I think you putting to much importance in daily measurements.

You are correct. I am putting too much importance in the daily measurements.

Been keeping with the program, throwing in some extender time after and some edging here and there to get the blood flowing. Strain percentages are good for now.

I think it was just some good EQ honestly, but today I hit 6 3/8 BPEL. I do think my dick is getting bigger. It looks thicker honestly. Happy to have another 5 weeks to pursue this so diligently.

Also I’m thinking about taking some Viagra one of these weekends soon to take a real starting picture and start a thread in the members area with this photo. One of the huge criticisms of PE is that there is no solid photo evidence. I want to be part of the change in this area. Especially starting out with a size on the smaller side. If one day I ended up at 7+ BPEL from starting out at 6.25 BPEL I think having real photographic documentation would be astounding.

Just a random musing here but, I think Penis Dysmorphia is a way more fucking serious issue than we give it credit for. Even my measurements of 6.325x5 BPEL is not small.. I would call that average. So why is it so fucking small in our heads and our minds? I am grateful for this place. A safe place we can talk about this kind of stuff. The world is fucking harsh on men to be honest but rarely does anyone care except a fellow man. Anyways. I am happy that I am seeing some form of gains. Just a lot on my mind today. Will report back soon.

Achieved 18.5 BPFSL. Are there gains coming? One more month at this rate should be very telling.

I decided to take this weekend off from PE. I think my guy needs a break. Just stopped by to say I took a BPFSL measurement this morning after I woke and it was 18cm. Thats is a good increase from my PRE BPFSL measurements from when I started this thing. It is cool to see changes. Have a good weekend everybody.

2.65 lbs cold 3 mins

Penis dysmorphia is definitely a real thing. Even though I’ve gotten bigger down there with five months of PE so far, I still look down and see what I saw five months ago. The dysmorphia keeps up with my progress unfortunately. I have it for sure. I’ll probably never feel big enough no matter how big it gets.
