How should the glans look in the cup before you add weight? I am moving up to the medium size cup today. I have noticed that whilst using the small cup, the distal third of my glans appears pale compared to the proximal two-thirds. There is a distinct line, like a burnt tan line if that helps. Should the glans be up against the sides of the cup?

I would appreciate it if anyone has any good resources I can read on this topic. I tried to search myself and couldn’t find what I was looking for.
TIA

Glans are cooked from trying to hang with the small cup today. Will wait for things to heal up.

Good to know. Sucks to have to take time off.

In many ways, PE is a process of occasionally exceeding your limits because you don’t know where your limits are.

You’re right. It has been a good lesson. Easy to ignore that until you slip up. I was impatient and used the small cup when I knew I should’ve waited for my sleeve to arrive that same day.

For context, my glans look like the thread titled: "Red spot on glans"

The red dots have mostly disappeared although I still have a red zone around the urethra and some parts of the glans look pale.

Hoping for a speedy recovery

Hello UCBCN.

Your routine looks fine at the minute. It’s getting some results in BPFSL which is good. For me the weights are a bit light, weights that light didn’t work for me but they did for others.

The main variables are time, weight and heat. When gains start to stall these are the things you can play about with.

Time. Increase the time or decrease the time of your routine or the sections within your routine.

Weight. You can increase the weight or you can also use smaller increments of weight. I found 100g to be the sweet spot for me, I tested heavier and lighter increments and none were better than 100g for maximizing strain.

Heat. You can increase the time you use heat or you can also play around with the cool down time and the weight you add in that time.

Good luck.

Give it a little time and it will be as good as new.

Most guys need one to three days. On occasion it might take longer. Resist the urge to go back into vacuum until it’s completely healed. If it’s *almost* healed, what will often happen is that it the vacuum will irrirate it and it will be *almost* healed for days or weeks.

Thanks for the feedback. Means a lot.

Great info thanks. Resisting the urge is not easy!

26th June

10m @ 0.34kg (cold)
40m @ 0.54kg (heat) (-5m)
10m @ 0.66kg (cool-down) (-5m)

Glad to be back in the groove

27th June

10m @ 0.34kg (cold)
40m @ 0.54kg (heat)
10m @ 0.66kg (cool-down)

Started taking L-citrulline 3g daily 30m before session.
Measured in at 17.85, so I’ll probably want to see myself over 18.15 on the 10th when I remeasure.
