Well I had a sneaky suspicion my BPSFL hadn’t budged and I was right:

Upped the weight. Think I’ll check once a week now.

So following @AndyJ’s advice I put some cut cloth in front of the valve hole and packed the cup. Super comfortable.

Looking at @5.5Squared’s data, from weeks 2-5 he actually upped the weight every week, then it slowed down to every two weeks. Now that I feel conditioned, I’ll do the same if needed.

Ordered a luggage weight hanging scale to be delivered tomorrow. Going to start tracking strain again with the cup on this time.

Petechiae from yesterday. Crazy how a comfortable hang can still cause problems. Feels like I can’t catch a break.

I’ve had a red patch on my glans and also around the urethra for a couple weeks now and thought of Andy’s comment. Seems I just haven’t given it any time to heal. Going to take some time off and come back to it when everything’s back to normal. Not going to touch my D at all.

I think I’ve learned a good amount from this period. I’ll see it as a trial period.

Luckily I took inventory of my D before starting so I can see what normal looks like for me.

Still going to log my diet.

Any times I got any darker dots of petechiae I found I needed about 3 weeks of no PE for it to heal so it doesn’t come back on every session. After a few days it looked clear but it will come back easy if I don’t leave PE long enough.

No PE can be annoying but I think it’s best to get a routine where you are not getting petechiae easily.

The past couple of days were similar to what I ate the previous days. No caffeine of course.

Today marks the beginning of my commitment to the "Lion diet".
Popularised by Mikhaila Peterson, it’s a super strict form of elimination diet and a branch of the "Carnivore diet".
You are limited to ruminant animal meat (cow, deer, lamb, goat etc), water and salt (I cannot wait for my salt flakes to arrive).
I will start with beef for the first month and introduce lamb or deer and see how I react.
As for organs, I will introduce them back eventually. I am getting a meat grinder to mix ox heart into my burgers for more nutrient density. Liver I will always eat raw.
Many have had success clearing health issues, including eczema and other skin issues on the Lion and Carnivore diet. The names are a bit cringe but hey.
Also I have pretty noticeable dark circles under my eyes. Dr Berg on YouTube mentioned a good way to reduce this amongst other things is to cut carbs out. Something to do with insulin. So two birds with one stone!

I don’t plan to stay in ketosis forever, and will eventually introduce foods back from Paul Saladino’s "Animal-Based Diet".

Started applying a small amount of high-concentration vitamin E oil to my glans. Supposed to help with skin health.

Today was a bit tough, considering it was my first day ever without any sugar, but I know it’ll get easier until it’s the new norm.

You might consider serrapeptase. It is an over-the-counter enzyme that seems to melt petechiae and bruising away really fast, at least for me. I can go to bed with a beat up looking dick, sure I’m going to have to hide it like a dead body from my poor wife, and in the morning things are back to normal, or nearly. So while I can’t say it is a cure all, it seems to work for me.

Not the best for a guy who likes to overdo it, as fear of looking beat up no longer keeps me in check the way it used to, but I take it as a win.

Wondering if I should start up where I left off in terms of load. Or maybe the first session should be a little lighter.

This red patch on my glans isn’t budging much. It’s small, jagged, circular, non-elevated, not painful, with no loss of sensation, and shinier than the rest of the glans. Got it after a hang where I left too much space in the cup.

Will look into serrapeptase, but in the meantime, wondering if anyone’s dealt with this. It’s not concerning or noticeable but I don’t want to get back into PE until the skin has fully healed.

Ordinary blisters will usually clear up within three days. In this case, it will take as long as it takes.

I can’t remember anyone mentioning an injury exactly like yours, but the compression hanger guys and clampers posted some gruesome injuries back when those were popular. As far as I remember, they all healed eventually.

From your description it sounds more like a blood blister than an ordinary blister with lymphatic fluid.

Might sound ridiculous but anyone got a skincare routine for their dong? Including the glans of course. To keep everything looking healthy and not beaten up. Aesthetics are important :thumbs:

I use a mix of raw shea butter and hyaluronic acid. Both are heavily used in the skin care industry. Despite the "acid" name, hyaluronic acid is safe; it’s the "HA" that cosmetologists inject into lips and some urologists inject into penises for girth enhancements.

HA is clear and odorless. Shea butter has a mild odor; it varies with every batch I order. I take about half a coffee cup full of shea butter and pump the acid in (it usually comes in pump bottles) while mashing and stirring with a finger. Once it is incorporated, it will stay mixed. I keep adding HA until it won’t take any more; usually about 10-15% HA.

It’s adequate as a pumping and jelquing lube; just slippery enough, but nothing to brag about. On the other hand, it doesn’t leave your bits slimed up all day, and you can just wipe most of it off with paper towels. It will absorb into the skin in four hours or so.

Back when I was working on scar remediation I added a bunch of stuff to the basic mix, but after I got that sorted I simplified the mix to just HA and shea.

It seems to be working well at preventing skin damage; I don’t even have any stretch marks.
