Manko007's road to big dick land

Pencil wrapping and base then mid then before ridge hanging is getting some nice head expansion. Seems like it could be productive towards head size gains.

This is because the pressure head buildup from the bib sliding distally further presurises head over 20min set.

As for length getting some good strains but nothing to write home about. And home is yeah here.

Ive been thinking about IR light. How many studies show it stimulates cell proliferation. How my 1st and 2nd campaign I used it and got the best results.

How my 3rd campaign was mostly US and got easy strains but nothing permanent. If there is a connection it is that the IR helps solidify or stimulate the cells growth.

It has been shown in muscle building that IR sessions post workouts have shown to grow 50% more muscle.

Ive been taking sun after workout since then and i can sense that it is true. My muscles are like feeding on the light. The engorged muscles are like more receptive to it. It is like a plant. Light is a nutrient.

So it got me thinking. What if I strain with US and on last set use IR for cooldown. This will be the stimulating facet after the main straining has been done.

This can accomplish the campaign 3 solidification that I missed.

It could all be just nonsense but its worth a shot and its not such a long stretch.

So you are back and healthy for another run already.

There is also studies of US having similar effects. And it penetrates deeper affecting greater volume of cells. And most or probably all of them studies have been in vitro for both wave sources. In cultured cells not in living bodies.

If you have some of these studies you are referring would you link them as well. I have personally turned all my interest out from theoretical possibilities in to finding in vivo material suitable on subjects we apply our “science”.

From my bodybuilding past I can take the experience to change only one variable at time and whatever you do I suggest you to consider this. Otherwise we never find the causality. You may have changed quite some things on workouts, loads , timings and removing IR between your cycles last time?

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Manko007,

Just wanted to say thank you for your contributions relative to ultrasound. Your post have helped greatly as I begin to add this to my toolbox.

Much appreciated and big gains brother.

Hello Manko,

What is your current routine?
How many days on/off?

I have been following your thread and I was wondering if your third round brought new gains.

ATTENTION EVERYONE:

For all those following the US technology, reading these threads, preparing to follow your own therapy and preparing to buy a US machine, if you decide to buy the US Pro 2000, there are two types. US Pro 2000 and US Pro 2000 2nd Edition.

YOU MUST GET THE US Pro 2000 2nd Edition. Only the 2nd Edition functions in continuous mode. The standard US Pro 2000 works only on pulse mode which would be useless for our purpose.

I discovered this little detail during my research, getting closer and closer to start, since this piece of equipment is portable it has limited configurations. Only a bigger desktop expensive equipment will allow you to chose pulse or continuous.

Again, if you decide to buy the same portable transducer that Kyrpa based his research on, make sure you buy the US Pro 2000 2nd edition.

Hey Manko, I’ve just read your whole thread. Are you still in the game ?

His last activity was 6 months ago. He may not respond you so soon.

Good luck either way!

This is probably the smartest thread about PE I have yet read.

Some suggestions are not really applicable, but we all hope you come back, Manko :-)

Thanks for your efforts and reporting here. Just read the whole thread and it was completely worth it.

I hope everything is alright.

As I see newbies asking for more information about the use of heat, I am bumping these threads which contain the most valuable information related to PE in the last few years including the use if heat and ultrasound as a scientifically proven method.

Hi. Question for knowledgeable veterans. How was Manco able to use ultrasonic with mechanical suspension? What kind of attachment is that? I mean, the suspension covers the entire penis. Uh, thank you.
