My journal starting from 3.54"
I never have thought I would write a public journal on my jelq progress but I have realised that this may be beneficial for me to keep my routine consistent.
So I have noticed that I have a small penis since 12 but I was still going through puberty so I thought I still have hope. At the age of 20 something, it is pretty confirmed that my erected penis sits at 3.54” and I have been depressed about it for so many years since I was 12 that I almost forgot what it feels like to feel not depressed I guess.
Anyway I jelqed for a month a few months ago and managed to get it up to 4” on a good day. Maybe it’s due to better EQ? I don’t know but I did suffer a minor injury on the ligament that I had to stop for a month.
Recently, I decided to resume the routine and yesterday as a rest day, I masturbated and ejaculated after 2 weeks of not doing so, despite knowing very well that it will weaken my EQ, as it have done previously that ultimately leads to poor quality jelq. Today, I tried to jelq but failed (poor EQ due to recent masturbation and depressed mindset) so I only did stretches, the disappointment I get from the weakness of my dick is what got me to write this journey as a reminder to stay consistent and have a strong set of mind to avoid masturbation.
My routine is as follows:
Before injury:
2 on 1 off
1. 10 Mins warm up with something similar to rice socks
2. Stretches:
-1 min each: left, right, up, down, left down, right down, straight out
3. Jelq:
-3 x 100
4. Shower
After injury:
1 on 1 off
Same as above except breaking down the stretch into 2 set of 30 seconds each and reducing jelq to 3 x 50
I am hoping to reducing masturbation to once a month and I sincerely hope I can stick to that for the sake of my future life. 5” length and 4.5” girth is all I am aiming for ffs.
