So last week I was really busy and I wasn’t able to have my normal routine. Right now I’m about 18,6-7 cm BPEL and I’ve been doing Stretch-only workouts last week. Only Bundled, Longer time looser grip Straight Down and A-Stretches. I will follow this routine for about a month and maybe do some Dry jelq’s in between when I have the time. After that I’ll decide which stretches were better.

Last week I’ve followed the same routine mentioned in the above post and I can already say that my BPFSL is longer and after some of the workouts I saw temporary growth in BPEL too but I’m not sure if it’s still there. Anyways so far I’m happy with this routine and I’ll follow it for about a month like I originally planned and if I see good results I’ll continue with it, if not I’m gonna switch back to the old routine.

Routine:
1.Warm up (Warm cloth warp for about 5 min).
2. Bundled Stretches all direction for 2:30 min then Straight down stretches while pulling the start of the shaft towards my body too for about 3min. After that fulcrum stretches to the left and right side 1 min each. And then I Start alternating between A and V stretches with a bottle (I hold every stretch for at least 3 min) and this for about 17-18 min. Sometimes in between I apply Warm cloth wrap while I wait for erection levels to go down.
3. When I’m done with stretching I apply warm cloth wrap again and then 100-150 Dry jelq followed by 3 sets of 10-12 Erect Raises.
4. Warm down ( Warm cloth wrap for about 5 min ).

I haven’t been able to post for a while because I’m really busy but still I manage to do PE often. Since the last time I posted I’ve been following the same routine:

Then I Start alternating between A and V stretches with a bottle (I hold every stretch for at least 3 min) and this for about 17-18 min. Sometimes in between I apply Warm cloth wrap while I wait for erection levels to go down.
3. When Iā€™m done with stretching I apply warm cloth wrap again as worm down..

So far I’m happy with the routine and the temporal results I see after stretching. I will measure soon and post if I had any growth since my last measument.

I measured today and for my suprise there was growth in BPEL as well as NBPEL.
BPEL: 18,9-19 cm.
NBPEL: solid 16,5+ cm (Best erection days 17cm, at good days always over 16,6-7cm).
BPFSL: 19,5-6 cm. (around 4-5 mm longer compared to last measurement).
EG: I haven’t measured it but I do no PE for it so I suppose there’s no big change there (solid 14,2 cm).

For now I’m really happy with the new routine and I’m gonna stick to it until I reach plateau.
Difference between BPFSL and BPEL isn’t big now so I guess growth won’t be as fast as before.

Thanks! Gonna keep on doing my Length routine until I reach my goals or plateau

I haven’t been able to PE as consistent as before but for the last month I managed to do at least 10 workouts. I’m going to try and change my routine a little bit. I will start doing jelqs again and switch between stretch-only session and shorter stretch + jelq session.

For now I’m solid 19 cm BPEL sometimes I even measured 19,2cm but only on my best days. NBPEL is 16,5 solid and no growth there and EG is still 14,2

I haven’t been able to work out for a month now. I need to stop being so lazy and start my routines again. Will try to resume to my workout schedule from now or at least I’m gonna try to do 2-3 workouts a week.

I haven’t been able to work out more than couple of months now. My last post was 3 months ago and in this time I did 0 workouts. As I look over my posts, the last workout that I did was back in February. This makes ~5 months without any training whatsover. I plan to start again with my routine and reach my goals. I haven’t measured recently, but I think that I’m still around 18,8 cm BPEL at the worst days and a little bit more on good days. NBPEL 16,something to 16,5 cm. I have lost around 2-3 mm both in BPEL and NBPEL for this 5 months. EG is still same 14,0 - 14,2 cm. I hope to see good gains when I restart my schedule!

Wow I can’t believe that I have had almost 3 years of pause and I haven’t any PE whatsoever.
However, I’m going to resume my routine.

Since it is warm now because the summer is there and since I have seen in other posts that it is easier to train for girth during the warmer months (warm weather result better blood circulation => better girth workout since they focus on having erections.)

But I will also do wet/dry jelqs. I hope this will help for some length gains as well.
I will try to implement piss pulls to address the lack of focus on length training.

So note to self: do a measurement of all before next training!

So I was able to do a proper measurement. Therefore, this will be my new starting stats.

BPEL: 18,6-7 cm sometimes it is 18.6 but also a little bit over it like 18.7 or even 18.8 but I would say that it is solid 18,6 cm.
NBPEL: 16.5 cm. However, it depends on erection levels. Sometimes it is below 16.5cm sometimes it is over it. BUT: it is almost all the time at least 16.5 cm.
BPFSL: 19,2-3 cm. However, no length exercises or warm up was done. Previous BPFSL measurements were always done after length exercises and warm ups.
EG: mid-shaft solid 14cm. Sometimes it is over it like 14.2-3 cm but not every time.
