So last week I was really busy and I wasn’t able to have my normal routine. Right now I’m about 18,6-7 cm BPEL and I’ve been doing Stretch-only workouts last week. Only Bundled, Longer time looser grip Straight Down and A-Stretches. I will follow this routine for about a month and maybe do some Dry jelq’s in between when I have the time. After that I’ll decide which stretches were better.
