My Personal Logworthtrying

My routine today:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~7 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (18 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~50 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).

6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Ok despite the fact that i’m so busy i managed to do my workout today i guess i can take 2 days off now and maybe try to do something on Thursday but i’m not sure i ‘ll be able to.

So my full time workout was 7 days ago but in this 7 days i managed to do 2-3 times of 200 jelq reps in the shower + some warm up. This week im also going to be busy and won’t be able to do my full time work out but i will try to jelq in the shower. Despite that i measured and i haven’t lost/gained anything yet.

I didn’t hat the opportunity to work out in the last couple of days and that is really bad!! However i had some time today and i did my full workout.
I will be having free time tomorrow and maybe the day after that so i think i will be consistent again and do my Workouts without taking long breaks.

My Workout today:

Yesterday i did my normal Workout and today i had not so much free time so i did other kind of Workout.

Today’s Workout.
1. 5 min Warm up with Warm cloth wrap.
2. 200 Dry Jelqs.
3. Clamping 2 x 30s.
4. 5 min Warm down with Warm cloth wrap.

After my dry jelq work out last time i had so good EQ that is a big surprise for me. That’s why i did another dry jelq routine today.

Today’s Workout.
1. 5 min Warm up with Warm cloth wrap.
2. 200 Dry Jelqs.
3. Clamping 2 x 30s.
4. 5 min Warm down with Warm cloth wrap.

You just added clamping to your routine? What are you clamping with?

I just didn’t have enough time for my complete workout and i just thought to myself do dry jelqing + some other exercises for girth so that i don’t go too much time without any workout. I’m not really clamping i just get an erection do some kegels to pump up some blood into the penis and squeeze with my hands at the base of the shaft and hold it for 30 seconds and i do it 2 or 3 times. I must say after some girth exercises my EQ is a lot better it’s hasn’t been like this since a lot of time! I get an erection and i could get up and measure and don’t lose it! I even saw some temporary growth in EL, but the most amazing thing is that i can do sex 2 times without any rest! Really nice surprise so i did the same workout second time and i feel good. I will have 1 day rest now and return to the normal routine and switch to girth workout every now and then.
But like i said no real clamping, just squeezing with my hands everything manual.

I know what you’re talking about, I’ve always enjoyed those kind of manual clamps even before knowing about PE. ;-)

I did my workout today and i must say this was the best workout i’ve ever had until now. While i did my stretching exercises my penis didn’t “awake” as often and i was able to do my stretching part quite fast! It’s worth to note that in the middle of the stretching i stop and wrap myself with warm cloth for 1-2 mins and after that i continue with the rest of the stretching i do this max 2 times during the stretching. When i’m done with the stretching i wrap with warm cloth again and then i start with the jelqing part. Today’s jelq was amazing i did it from start to end without pausing in order to get my erection back and at the end the head of my penis was redder and fuller.

Sounds like you’ve found the sweet spot. Resist the urge to do more.

Haha yeah! it’s quite tempting once you start and accomplish a nice flow.

I did my normal workout today with the little extra clamping that i add at the end and everything was perfect until i decided to push at different spots once at a time with my free hand while clamping with the other hand. It was really nice and i felt nice expansion from withing but i think that this was too much and i got a couple of red spots in the middle of the shaft. I guess it’s just too much and i should just stick to the clamping without other experiments. So for now i need to take 2 or 3 days break until red spots are gone and i’ll be back at it again.

So i woke up today and for my surprise i didn’t see any of the red spots that were there yesterday and i thought to myself SWEET! I can’t do another workout today and that’s what i did. Just my normal routine with stretching and jelq without manual clamping so this is my 3rd day without rest so i think i will take at least 2 days off now.
