My routine today:
1. Warm cloth wrap (~7 minutes).
2. Manual Stretches (18 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~50 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.
3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).
4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.
5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).
6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.
