My Personal Logworthtrying

Today’s workout:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~8 minutes and 40 sec), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~25sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~25 sec each and I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~25 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5-7 minutes).

4. Jelq (~5-6 minutes) roughly 170 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. 6min of edging right after the jelq.

6. Then I jumped in the shower and let hot water run on my penis while doing ~30 Firegoat rolls and letting the water run over it for a while after that.

7. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Something I’ve noticed is that after the jelqing my penis hangs longer and fuller for fixed period of time but as I decided to include Firegoat rolls I saw that right after I’ve done ~30-35 rolls my penis isn’t as much as fuller anymore. Does somebody of you know why and also does somebody of you know if Firegoat rolls only help to prevent discoloration or they help you get some gains as well ?

As far as I know Firegoat rolls are purely against discoloration.

Nor unfortunately do they work on the discoloration front for all of us. I tried using them faithfully (and often) for several months but obtained no benefit personally in that department (but at least it felt good & served to fluff my unit which has got to be good for something!).

OK Thanks guys! I think discoloration appears only if you are hanging or using extenders for long time. So i think i will just ditch them for now and maybe edge for 5-6min after the jelq and before the warm down.

I really feel that firegoat rolls are just great for penis recovery in general. When my cock that achy sore feeling from too much of a a session or when I’ve had so much sex that my cock gets a similar heaving ache feeling, I have used the fire goat roll to great utility to make the feeling disappear directly after doing them for a few minutes. I do mine slowly and focus on a good shaft twist. I think it’s something about how the penis is built that makes them very useful. A super important tool in my penis toolkit.

Nice! So i was doing them because i thought that they are providing better results but after reading some of the comments i understand that they are better for healing or discoloration issues. So i think to only do them when i notice that something is wrong.

I never had any discoloration issues, not sure why, I am gaining and I do regular sessions, but perhaps I’m not doing enough to cause discoloration problems…. I learned about fgr’s and was ready to employ them to ward of the oncoming discoloration, but found them to be very useful in just general recuperation and getting things moving down there.

After 2 days break i did my routine again today. I noticed that i do the V-Stretches kinda funny (only pushing in the middle of the shaft) so i decided to switch my routine a little bit so instead of only V-Stretches i do A-Stretches (Mid/Base/Top) and V-Stretches (Mid/Base/Top).

After the stretching today i noticed a red spot on the right side near the base of the shaft. I’m not sure why red spots are appearing because of stretching but i guess i was pulling too hard. After 2 on days i will take 2 off and see if this red spots disappear but i need to ease up on the pulling.

Do you shave your pubic area?

Red spots could came easily there if you shave with a razor.

Yeah i shave this area but this red sport wasn’t from the razor. It was just a red spot that sometimes you get when too much blood gets into the penis or something like that i’ve read somewhere.

So after 2 days rest that little red spot is gone and i resumed my workout today.

After the Bundled and some of the SD stretches i did ~2 mins Warm cloth wrap because my penis didn’t want to go back to flaccid size so i figured that i will just use this time to apply more heat because i heard that the more heat we apply the better.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~5-6 minutes) roughly 150 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Cooldown (~5-6 mins of Warm cloth wrap).

6. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.
