My Personal Logworthtrying

After 2 days break i did my workout today.

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~10min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each and I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~5-6 minutes) roughly 170 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (~7-8 min).

7. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

Today’s Workout:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~10min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each and I finish with V-Stretches again (Up/Down/Left/Right) ~30 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~6 minutes).

4. Jelq (~6-7 minutes) roughly 170 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Hot Shower

7. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

After all this time i can do a lot better jelqs and i get morning wood almost every day. After jelqing session the head of my penis is really red and also the space 1-2 cm (1 inch) below the head is also redder than the rest of the shaft. Also when i squeeze the head the penishole(meatus) doesn’t open unless i squeeze right beneath it. My penis hangs longer and fuller but it stays this big only for 5-10 min after that it goes back to original size(flaccid) or maybe a little bit bigger than normal. I’ve read that this are all good indicators but most of the guys say that their penis stays longer and fuller for the rest of the day. Is there anything that i’m doing wrong ?

Never cared much about flaccid size but I would like to share my experiece with it, that is close to what you’ve got.

For a brief period after the session, flaccid state is way bigger, specially on length. But just briefly. My penis kept veiny and heavier for most of the day, but not “visually” bigger, maybe a little bit in girth.

In those 3 years I’ve gained and refined my penis functions, but flaccid state didn’t follwed this trend and stands virtually close to what I originally was.

On the past month been seriously messing with ADS and looks promissing for the flaccid, kind of not intended, my goal is to “heal in extended state”. I will let you know If my flaccid changes after this “experiment”.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Everyone is different, and everyone goes back to their normal state at some stage. I’m not too far behind you.

Turtling is more important to watch out for. It’s a sign you may have over done it. Doesn’t sound like you are suffering from that, your routine looks good, so all is good.

I did my workout today.

Almost one month is gone since i started my routine and i won’t be able to be so disciplined for next week because i will be really busy. Despite that i measured today and i’ve noticed 0.2 cm gain in EG so now i’m 14,2 sometimes 14,3 cm and NBPEL is pretty much the same or maybe a little changed but i’m not so sure it stays between 16-16,5 cm. I also measured my BPEL so that i can keep much better track in the future and my BPEL is 17,5cm (which is ~6,9 inches). I will measure again at the end of the 2nd month. For now like i said i won’t be able to workout so much next week but i thing to kick up my routine a notch when i start again and add 2nd set of stretching but 15sec each not 30s and maybe adding 30 more jelq so i can do 200 each time.

So After 5 days break i did my routine today again but i upgraded it a little bit and i did second set of everything and i noticed it took too much time so i think to tune it down a little bit and only do 15sec on the second set from now on.

My routine today:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~21min), Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~60 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) 2 sets ~30sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) 2sets ~30 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~20 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).

6. Kegels throughout the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes

After 1 day off i did my routine today

Exactly as before but on the 2nd set of stretching i did the half of time that i normally do on the 1st set.

So i measured my BPFSL and it is 18,5 cm, ~1cm more than BPEL. I hope that EL will reach FL soon.

After 2 days break i did my routine today again and i changed it a little bit again. So instead of doing 2 sets one of 30s and one of 15s stretch i just stretched 50s in all directions. It’s a little bit easier this way and i’ve read so me posts of other guys who said that they had amazing results with just long time stretches in the basic positions so i want to add more time to each stretch but attack more angles.

My previous measurement of the BPFSL was 18,5cm but i guess i wasn’t measuring right because after my workout today my BPFSL (pulling the penis really hard and pressing the ruler against my pubic bone) i measured 19cm and before the workout it was 18,5cm. I really hope that my EL will reach SFL.

My routine today:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (18 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~60 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~50 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).

6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

I did the same routine today.

I did my routine today again but i did less Bundled stretches(~ 2min) because i want to decrease the time i need for my work out.

I measured today even though there’s 2 weeks more until the end of my 2nd month but i will be busy with work and other stuff so i won’t be having the opportunity to measure in the next 2 weeks. Also because of work i won’t be able to stick with my routine for at least 5 days but i will try to alternate between Jelqing and Stretching in the shower and do piss pulls every time i get the chance.

Nevertheless for my surprise when i measured today and i saw that i’m at 18cm or maybe 18,1 cm BPEL and Mid EG is still 14,0-14,2cm no difference there.
My NBPEL is still somewhere between 16-16,5 cm no difference there too i guess my Fat Pad is just too much i need to figure out a way to decrease it.
