After 2 days break i did my routine today again and i changed it a little bit again. So instead of doing 2 sets one of 30s and one of 15s stretch i just stretched 50s in all directions. It’s a little bit easier this way and i’ve read so me posts of other guys who said that they had amazing results with just long time stretches in the basic positions so i want to add more time to each stretch but attack more angles.
My previous measurement of the BPFSL was 18,5cm but i guess i wasn’t measuring right because after my workout today my BPFSL (pulling the penis really hard and pressing the ruler against my pubic bone) i measured 19cm and before the workout it was 18,5cm. I really hope that my EL will reach SFL.
My routine today:
1. Warm cloth wrap (~10 minutes).
2. Manual Stretches (18 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~60 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~50sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~50 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.
3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).
4. Jelq (~7-9 minutes) roughly 200 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.
5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).
6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.
