I thought that I was going to take a rest day today but I had some free time so I managed to do my workout today too. I guess i will take 2 days rest now

So I had only 1 day off and did my routine today again. I will be free tomorrow too so will do another workout again but after that I’ll take 2 days off because maybe I’m overdoing it, even though I have morning wood every day. If I continue to have good morning woods every day I guess that rest days can be skipped and just rest when I don’t have the time or the chance to work out.

I did my workout today and i extended all of the stretches by 5 seconds. So my Workout now is:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~7-10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~17min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~55sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , SL, SO, SR, UL, UO, UR) ~55 sec each and I finish with V and A Stretches 2 sets of pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~35 sec each. Before the Up and V-A Stretches I apply Warm cloth wrap.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~10-12 minutes) roughly 300-350 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min).

6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.

After 2 off days I did my workout today. It was nice I’m managing to do my stretches faster and faster. At first I needed like 50-60 min (too much erection) but now i do it for ~30 min. And the jelqs are also a lot easier to do.

I had another workout today. It was very nice too yesterday and today i did dry jelq and had really nice erections afterwards. I will either take 2 days off now or do another workout tomorrow and rest after that.

This morning I didn’t get the morning wood but had some free time so I decided to do my workout . I had nice erection levels while I jelqed and the workout was really smooth and nice. I’ll take at least 2 days break now.

I did another workout today but i changed it up a little. I did 15min basic stretches ~5min holds Down/Out/Up and then 300 Dry jelqs.

After 4 days off I did only dry jelq workout today because last week my EQ wasn’t as good as it was before. The reason behind is that I did too much stretching and we all know that it is an EQ killer. After 4 days break my EQ is really good again and I think this week I’ll only do jelq and start with stretches next week again or do only jelq workout at least 2 more times before I start to incorporate stretches again.

So yesterday and today I did jelq only workouts. I must say my EQ has improved a lot and i feel really good doing only jelqs. May be I must change up my routine. I know that the stretches are most important when you want EL gains but it kills your EQ. So I either need to do less stretches in a workout or alternate workouts. Something like stretches + jelq workout then the next day only jelq workout and 1 or 2 days off or do 1 Week stretches + jelq and the one after that only jelq.

I will start testing next week with the first option and namely “Stretches + Jelq workout and the next day only jelq workout”. Will see how i feel after this variation and no matter if I feel good or bad. The week after that I will test the 2nd Option “Less Stretching time during workout” and after that i will judge which one is the best for me.

Also the end of this month marks the end of my 5th month! I’m excited to see if I did gain something over the last month and I will try to sum up my gains overall.

I did my workout today Stretching + Jelqing and tomorrow i will do only jelq and the day after that either rest or again Stetching + Jelqing. Let’s see how will I feel at the end of this week.

I couldn’t work out yesterday so i took a day off and today I did only jelq routine. I won’t be able to work out over the weekend, this means I need to take 2 days rest.

I only managed to do 2 workouts for 5 days :( normally i do at least 3 for 5 days .

I don’t know if this approach is better yet ( Strech + Jelq and then only Jelq workout) I need to taste it even more to know for sure. Next week I’ll continue with it and see how would I feel and after that, the other approach will be also tested.

Stretch + Jelq workout today, tomorrow is rest day and the day after that I’ll either do the same workout as today or just Jelq only routine.

I did Stretch + Jelq routine today because now with the holidays it’d be really hard to get some privacy to do my exercises and maybe for the next 5 days I won’t be able to workout so this will be my sort of almost 1 week deconditioning break. Will see if i can work out normally after that.

Almost one month is gone since i started my routine and i won’t be able to be so disciplined for next week because i will be really busy. This was my first BPEL measurement 17,5 cm and this was after 1 month of training and I’m now at the end of my fifth month. I can imagine that my real starting point was maybe 17,2 cm but it doesn’t matter. I’ve been measuring for the past week and every time when I had good erection it was at least 18,7 cm but when i wasn’t feeling good it was 18,5 cm. So i can safely that I’m at 18,5 cm when I’m smallest. On the little bit better days it was 18,7 and at the best days it was even 18,8 cm and this is all BPEL.
My NBPEL is also a little bit better the best measurement was 17 cm the worst below 16 cm it’s really hard for me to measure my NBPEL and I would say that it didn’t changed a lot but I’m a lot more often at 16,5 cm than i was before.
My best Mid EG was 14,4cm and almost every time it’s around 14 - 14,2 cm so no big changes there but then again I only focus on EL for now and the only thing I do for EG is jelqing. On some days my penis feels a bit fatter and some days it doesn’t.

So to sum up:
BPEL ( 18,7 cm / + 1,2 cm )
NPEL ( same // best days + 0,5 cm )
EG ( same // best days + 0,2 cm )

For now I’m pretty much happy with results because I only do manual exercises and I will stick with the routine that I have now and I’m excited to see what will my measurements by at the year point.

So my last post was before 30 days! I originally planned to have max 3 weeks break but I was so busy and couldn’t exercise. Nevertheless today I did my routine and it felt really nice, had no problems with the jelq the EQ levels were perfect and I didn’t lose my 30-50% erection during the whole time but exactly this gave me a lot of problems during the stretching. I constantly get this 30% erections which are getting in the way of stretching because I need to be below 10% but I applied heat whenever the EQ got up and everything was fine.
Since i had 30 days rest I will do a restart, that means that I won’t start with the same number of jelq reps and seconds holding stretches.
Everything goes down now. What I did today was:

1. Warm cloth wrap (~7-10 minutes).

2. Manual Stretches (~ 12 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30 sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , OL, OS, OR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each.
I finish with V and A Stretches pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.
Before the Up and V-A Stretches I apply Warm cloth wrap.

3. Warm cloth wrap (~ 3-5 minutes).

4. Jelq (~ 8 - 10 minutes) roughly 200-250 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.

5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min) or warm shower.

6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.
