So my last post was before 30 days! I originally planned to have max 3 weeks break but I was so busy and couldn’t exercise. Nevertheless today I did my routine and it felt really nice, had no problems with the jelq the EQ levels were perfect and I didn’t lose my 30-50% erection during the whole time but exactly this gave me a lot of problems during the stretching. I constantly get this 30% erections which are getting in the way of stretching because I need to be below 10% but I applied heat whenever the EQ got up and everything was fine.
Since i had 30 days rest I will do a restart, that means that I won’t start with the same number of jelq reps and seconds holding stretches.
Everything goes down now. What I did today was:
1. Warm cloth wrap (~7-10 minutes).
2. Manual Stretches (~ 12 min) Bundled Stretches (Up/Down/Left/Right/Out) ~30 sec each, Behind the cheeks(Left/Middle/Right) ~30 sec each,
Basic Stretches ( SD, SDL, SDR , OL, OS, OR, UL, UO, UR) ~30 sec each.
I finish with V and A Stretches pushing to the middle/bottom and top of the shaft ~30 sec each.
Before the Up and V-A Stretches I apply Warm cloth wrap.
3. Warm cloth wrap (~ 3-5 minutes).
4. Jelq (~ 8 - 10 minutes) roughly 200-250 reps with ~2-3 sec per jelq.
5. Warm cloth wrap (Warm down 5 min) or warm shower.
6. Kegels throughout the workout and rest of the day either 5 sec holds or fast 1 sec squeezes.
