My Progress

I noticed that when I am healed fully I have to fight off getting semi erect during the stretching phase. It is annoying but a clear sign that it is ready to go. When it comes to the point where it is difficult to get a standing erection post workout I will take days off but most likely try to keep it at 3 days a week.

After all my time browsing pe forums it seems like the guys who were inconsistent in the sense of averaging 3 to 4 days a week always gained an inch. Rarely have I read a post from that frequency who did not gain but read many that did 5 to 6 days and gained nothing after 6+ months. In my case rest more important than the workout. I gained 2 weeks in a row when I switched to taking 4 rest days per week. That is why I like to measure weekly to experiment before I start going long stretches without measuring to see what works.

Also another note it seemed like after every stretch it kept it’s lengthened state. I will know this in the future if my PIs drop.

I done my routine Saturday and today as usual. Currently at:

15x30 sec stretches
37 dry jelqs
3 horse squeezes

I also did pe Thursday so the next 2 days will be off. I may not measure this week because it is a holiday weekend where my wife will be off so the only private time I have i will need it to stealth pe. If I feel like I can go Wednesday and Friday to reset my schedule back to mon, wed, Fri, then I will because it is kind of odd to pe thurs, sat, mon. I will see how I am feeling Wednesday and go from there.

I too prefer the mon/weds/fri schedule.
Occasionally I get off and have to add in an extra day on or off to get back to that schedule. When that’s necessary I add a rest day if I feel any fatigue, or add a partial day where I just do like 50% of my routine at a bit lower intensity on my “extra” day.

I took today off. It is rest day 2. I would’ve measured tomorrow but my wife doesn’t have to work and that would just be too much. Not really trying to stealth measure. But I will have to stretch in the shower and do my jelqs and squeezes later in the day. I did cheat and measure NBP today and I got 7.25 a couple times with a non maximum eq.

Couldn’t agree more. I think 3 or 4 days a week is the sweet spot. I started doing 2 on 2 off and the gains have come so much quicker that my wife was confused as to how my dick is bigger. She now thinks that maybe it grows as you get older, lol. My gains through the years have been slow enough that she hasn’t noticed, and I barely believed they were real if not for the tape measure, but the 2 on 2 off seems to really be working for me.

As others have said, its a marathon, not a sprint. Sure, 6 days a week may work for some people, but I think those people are in the minority.

1.3” in any amount of time is amazing! It shows dedication even if you took time off you eventually restarted and continued the gains. You can’t gain that much by mistake. I guess we got it easy not having to pe 5 days a week for gains. The body grows during rest not the actual workout. I hope the wife doesn’t notice much until I reach 8nbp and start gaining girth. If she notices too soon she might ask me to stop and I would have to do maintenance at a size below my goal. Some guys hate that she hasn’t noticed yet but I don’t. It just means I have more room for growth that she can comfortably take.

I did my stretches yesterday morning and jelqed that night. That is how I had to do it since we went out visiting family and stuff I had to split my routine.

I still got it done though no excuses. I am determined to reach my goals, not that missing an extra day would stop me. I just don’t like to take days off unless I need extra rest.

I am taking today off because I feel like I am not fully recovered. Could be from sex I had yesterday but I think sex just makes it easier to realize that there is still healing going on. It is much more sensitive after sex and I remember some days I was able to pe 8 hours afterwards so I don’t think sex is to blame. So whenever I take 2 days off I will restart my schedule and have 3 sessions before taking 2 days off again unless I feel that I need an extra day. I am going more by feel than schedule because it is what matters most. You grow when you recover not when you workout. I actually enjoy doing the exercises but I know taking rest is when you get results. I can’t wait to measure and see what I have gained! It has been about a week and a half since my last official measurement.

I think my next .5” will come faster than the first because I am more in tune with my body and know more about when I need more days off. I never took extra days off in the beginning and averaged .125 per month. I got that in 2 weeks recently which tells me that my approach of taking more days off is working better.

I noticed how low my sex drive is while cutting compared to when I’m on a bulk. Has nothing to do with pe. Maybe it is why sex makes me require an extra rest day. I got about 6 weeks left of cutting to be 10 percent bodyfat. I’m close now my ab outlines are slightly visible while not flexing. Still got lower back fat to lose though and some on the legs and arms. Fat pad pretty much the same so far. I will do a pe session today I feel recovered.

I dropped some of the dry jelqs because I am trying to get more consistent positive PIs. I remember my PIs were best at that number of jelqs. My jelqs take about 6 to 7 seconds each stroke. Due to me being in a calorie deficit my sex drive isn’t as high as usual. I would be OK with sex 2 to 3 times a week. When I’m bulking or eating at maintenance it is much higher. But if I can’t measure tomorrow I will have to wait another week. Wife is on vacation after tomorrow. If my PIs aren’t where I want them to be in won’t bother to measure.

15 stretches seem to be the sweet spot for my length gains. I still have to take some extra days off here and there from it. I could lower the stretching volume but I like it here. Its never too sore at this volume but enough to know that the workout was effective.

I measured today but no gains to report. I will increase it to maybe 17 stretches next workout. That is where I was last when I was still making gains. I will keep jelqs at 30 and horse squeezes at 3. Last recorded gain was on the 15th and it has been 2 weeks so I think an increase is necessary. I definitely feel that I can handle the increase because beside the times where I have sex I feel no need for extra rest days. Sex only make me need more rest because I am eating a calorie deficit and have been for a while now.

I felt like my tolerance went up and 15 stretches used to feel like a challenge but it no longer gave me that effective feeling. If 20 stretches is too much I can just take 3 days off and make my schedule Monday Wednesday and Friday again. I will know later today I never get sore during the actual workout it’s always at night when I can feel if the workout was effective.

I took a shower before pe today. Seemed like it is better than a cup of warm water. EQ is really good I had to fight off erections during jelqing and wait for my semi to go down between stretches. I made a fast adaptation to the stretches I remember when 20 stretches used to cause too much soreness now there is barely any at all. On my 4th workout I may add 2 stretches instead of 1. I will see if I make any gains next week before I do so. Lowering the jelqs seemed to help my EQ.

I’m not feeling any fatigue from yesterday’s session. I will do my routine tomorrow and reset it to Monday Wednesday Friday with weekends off. Contemplating on where or not I should increase the frequency to every other day again until I need 2 days off or if I should continue with 3 days a week. Either way I will continue to increase the volume of stretches every 4th workout. I can definitely tell my tolerance has gone up more. If my routine continue to get longer I will have to do some stretches without a hot water warmup if I ever have to pe on weekends. I see many people do pee stretches so I know it still works. The volume would just be too much to do all in one session like I usually do without looking suspicious.

Did my routine today I took the last 2 days off. The fatigue from the stretches was delayed. It was very light fatigue though so I decided to stick to my 2 day off schedule.

When I do increase stretchs by 1 or 2 I may make it a fulcrum stretch. I think my routine needs a slight bit of variety. It is something different that may work. So once I add the next set of 5 stretches they will all be A and V stretches. But I will be adding 1 or 2 every 4th workout as planned. Or I will see how it feels Tuesday and decide if I can add 1 or 2 stretches or not. I always judge by my PIs.
