I had sex last night and my EQ was trashed. I need to take 2 or 3 days off to fully recover my EQ. I’m noticing while there is very little soreness from stretching anymore despite the increase in workload I still have to keep an eye on PIs. Residual fatigue still can build up and slowly make PIs get worse so slow that I won’t really realize it. The sex didn’t send me into overtraining this time though I don’t know why. The fatigue was there beforehand. Going to reschedule my pe days to the days where we can’t have sex due to our work schedule so it doesn’t happen again. I won’t change my routine this week I will go another week and see what happens. But hope 2 make a gain in my 3 days off. It may be 2 but if that is not enough to fully recovered my PIs I will make it 3.
My best method of measuring PIs is to get an erection while standing up. It is easier to get one sitting down but I can’t only get a fully hard one while standing if my PIs are all the way positive. Right now and yesterday before sex my standing eq is trash maybe a 7 out of 10 at best which takes some time to even get it up.
