Thanks for the advice. I am definitely taking a break I seem to have some built up fatigue. I will resume my pe between Monday and Wednesday if things are back to normal. I am thinking about decreasing the stretches by half and slowly working back up with a 1 on 1 off approach as I did in the beginning but without taking 2 days off. Basically lighter but more frequent so instead of 12 workouts a month it will be 15. So after your break you did a lighter routine which is the newbie one?

Yes. Like you I was focusing on length and after about 15 months at PE I decided to try a new routine by a member here named CervixHunter. It’s a pretty intense stretching routine. I did this routine for a couple of months, gained a bit, then got injured.

I took off a whole month to heal and really didn’t lose any length during that time, maybe .1”. I decided to start back real easy with the Newbie Routine, just warm-up, stretches, jelqs, and kegels. I used heat during the routine. 2 on, one off.

I measured after a couple weeks and I had gained everything back I previously lost, plus an eighth of an inch. I was amazed. I never would have taken a month off if I didn’t get hurt.

If you haven’t tried that long of a break, it’s something to consider. It worked for me.

I measured 7.43nbp today. Not sure if it was due to fat loss or actual gains because I didn’t measure BP. I will wait probably until Monday to get that reading. EQ is improving but the fatigue is still there is can feel it.

First workout after about 6 days of rest. It went well.

10x30 stretches
40 slow wet jelqs
25-5 second kegels
10-10 second reverse kegels

The jelqs went great. This was the first time I’ve ever did half of my jelqs without a kegel before the strokes. It stayed engorged the whole time. I think somewhere around 35 and 40 reps though it started to get tired. I will go back to 30 jelqs for now. I will wait a month to see if I can make gains with this. I will do this every other day with no planned 2 day breaks. The plan was to do a routine light enough that wouldn’t require me needing extra rest.

After doing some reading I definitely know now that my eq issues from the past 2 months have been because my carb intake is low. Specifically they aren’t really low but to me ~120g is low and some days just over 100. Carbs are very important to test levels as is fat. It is ending soon anyway because I am at a great looking bodyfat percentage I estimate between 10 and 11. All 8 abs show clearly in any lighting with a completely relaxed stomach. No love handles and waist size without flexing is at 30”. 28.8” while flexing. I am going to increase my calories slowly and go back into lean bulk mode in about a month’s time frame.

Bulking is like heaven after a cut lol All lifts shoot up like no tomorrow and I hit PRs almost every workout. I can already feel the extra energy from the small increase in carbs. They really get leptin where it needs to be so you don’t feel hungry. I’m still in a deficit but just a smaller one. I want to lose about 1 to 2 more lbs. But in about 2 weeks I’ll be completely done cutting.

Today’s routine was

10x30 stretches
30 slow wet jelqs

This will be my routine for the month. I measured NBP and it was 7.44. I got 7.5 a couple times but I took the smallest measurement. BP was the same but eq wasn’t 100%. It has improved though since I am eating more. I expect to gain this next 30 days. My calories were too low.

Libido is back now from the diet change. I can only do 2 to 3 jelqs before I have to take a break for the erection to go down. I don’t think I fantasized since my libido came back for jelqing. I’m having a hard enough time keeping it down. Of course this is a great problem to have though! I’m never going that low in carbs again!

Routine yesterday was the same.

Gained .06 bpel!

Total gains in length are .75” BP. That puts me at 8.38” BPEL. NBP is 7.44”.

EQ is great. I haven’t really measured girth I want to wait a bit longer. It looks thicker but that could be because it is always fuller now. I increased my calories so I’m almost to maintanence eating but I got maybe another week before I increase it to that. Back to bulking once I figure out my new maintenance.

Did my normal routine today. I added in rubber band kegels Yesterday. I still no longer have to kegel before jelq strokes. My eq is great again! No fantasizing during jelqing either because I already can’t do more than 2 jelqs without getting too firm for the next one. My jelqs are about 6 to 8 seconds each. I think the rubber band kegels will make my erections even harder than they already are. Although kegels are proven to work I’ve always been a fan of added resistance because it is more effective than isometric in other cases of strength training. I still do normal kegels after I do those but not as many holds. My eq feels stronger the day after I do rubber band kegels. I wouldn’t have thought such a light routine would allow me to continue to grow. I will not change anything unless I go about 6 weeks without gains.

I measured 7.5” NBP officially. I reached 8.44” bp but not enough to call it official.

Same routine wed and today. Today eq was about an 8. I had to fantasize to keep full for jelqing. I may take 3 days off instead of 2 but I will see after my scheduled 2 days off how I am feeling.

I took 5 days off last week for some extra healing time. Other than that I’ve been consistent with the same routine. I did take some extra days some weeks ago because I was sick too.

Workout is still:

10x30 stretches
30 slow wet jelqs

Happy to report gains! NBP is now 7.56” and my BP is now 8.44”. This routine is so simple and great. I will stick with it as long as it works. Can’t believe my NBP length is about to reach my starting BP length.
