Hey Rahman, ThoughtfulGold pointed me your way after I made a post in the newbie forum about how I get negative PIs after fairly moderate workouts like the standard newbie routine. I had been discouraged because it sounded like most big gainers had “more is more” in common, but it was great to see your progress with a really light routine. I’m going to wait until my current negative PIs subside and then start small, maybe at around 20 dry jelqs.

It sounds like you’ve had more success with gaining length than girth, although your starting girth is already great (I’d kill for that), so maybe that means your girth is already maximized in a way.

Any tips for adopting your strategy? Thanks.

Thanks for checking out my thread. My girth is far from maximized I’m just not focused on it right now. I don’t increase my jelqs because I want to reach my length goal first or atleast get closer to it first. When I’m ready I will do the opposite and only increase girth exercise reps. If you notice besides a month or two I never increase my jelqs. I chose to go with the theory of length first then girth.

But I was also worries about my gains considering that I, like you had seen how all the big gainers had more is more routines. I was more than willing to spend 40+ mins to build a bigger dick but I reach fatigue a lot quicker than most. That is the most i.important thing. You have to customize your routine based on YOUR recovery ability. When I first started 1 stretch in all 5 directions would leave me with soreness. After a while I was able to increase it.

Listen to your body and don’t worry about other people who gain with more is more routines. Not only is my routine light, but I always have to take atleast 1 day off after every session. Average 3 days a week of pe I think I have made some pretty good gains in the almost 10 months I have been doing pe foe the little work I put in.

Throughout my log if you get a chance to read most of it you will see that I always follow my PIs. When I see them drop I take about 3 days off. A lot of times when they get back positive I make a gain after that 3 days. If you have any questions about anything specific let me know.

Super encouraging, thanks! Going to let my current negative PIs subside and start over with 20 jelqs per day and build from there. Going to document everything carefully in a spreadsheet so I know exactly what my body can handle. Also going to try things to improve blood flow to that region, including stretches, massage, more cardio, etc.

I’ll try with 1 on 2 off to start and slowly increase it.

Today I did:

30x30 stretches
30 dry jelqs

A big jump from what I was doing a little over a month ago. I’m not exactly sure what caused my recovery and conditioning to increase so much but after that full week off is when I noticed it. But although I’ve tripled my stretching since then my PIs are looking good. Standing erection after my routine is good and so is my sex drive. I still periodically have to wait between stretch reps to let the growing semi erection go down.

I haven’t increased the jelqing yet because I prefer to change one variable at a time so I’ll know what is causing my progress. I haven’t measured BP in a while I’ve just been checking my NBP length about every 2 weeks. It is still 7.56 last time I checked.

Glad to hear your recovery has increased, its amazing how helpful moving around consistently through out the day can be for our bodies.

I know you just came off a cut, and in my experience after a cut and returning to normal diet my body bloats a bit (fat pad increases) may want to get a BPEL measurement because I would bet that BPEL has increased for you if NBPEL is staying steady.

Thanks guys. I will measure BP when I can find time to sneak out the ruler. I have extra people in the house at the moment. In the past though my fat pad pretty much stayed the same even before the cut. But it has been about 2 to 3 weeks now since I’ve measured anything so I’m ready to see if I have gained.

I increased my jelqs mostly as an experiment to test my recovery. It took it quite well I could get a hard erection post workout and I would be able to have sex today if the opportunity came up.

My routine is beginning to take a long time now. About 35 to 40 mins not including warmup time. I think it’s about time I increase the frequency of pe sessions before I start increasing anything else again. I am going to move to a 2 on 1 off and see how it goes. I will probably start wit about 10mins stretching and 30 jelqs. That would be slightly more volume than I am doing right now spread over more days.

The jelqing doesn’t take that long compared to the stretching. Maybe 10 mins. The stretching takes around 30mins. I prefer to split it into more days so that is what I’m doing starting tomorrow. I like doing pe but doing a 40min session without raising suspicion is not easy. If I had to I could split it into morning and night sessions but I’d rather not. I can’t just say I was taking a shit that long if I was ever on a trip or something. I like to keep things simple.

30-45 mins is impressive, my dick would shrink with that.

Hi Rahman, sorry to barge into your thread like that. :D But TG mentioned you in my own thread while we were talking about folks following a less is more approach vs folks who needed higher intensity.

I’m going to follow your progress and may ask questions every now and then if you’re okay with that, as there don’t seem to be too many guys with a minimalist approach.

I do a very, *very* lightweight routine myself, it’s the only thing that’s given me length gains so far - but you can follow that in my thread if you want, this is yours so I’m going to shut up. :)


April 2017: 6.5" BPEL -> July 2017: 7" BPEL

New goal for 2019: 5+ inches girth

My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.

Thanks Gerbil I’m glad more of us are coming together. I will follow your thread as well. Feel free to ask questions or comment I don’t mind we are all here for the same purpose.

Today’s routine was:

20x30 stretches

After doing sessions 2 days in a row with 20x30 stretches and jelqing my dick was tired. So I took yesterday off and today I only did stretches which brings me to my conclusion. Girth work in my case need a day in between sessions even though it’s only 30 jelqs. Stretching doesn’t seem to affect my eq as much as jelqing. Not saying jelqing doesn’t help my eq but 2 days in a row of jelqing is too much for me so I will stretch on consecutive days but jelq every other day. I guess it needs more time to rebuild from jelqing.

Eq is good I could get a hard erection while standing up after the stretching today. I have to find time to measure so I can see if I have gained or not. With extra people in the house it’s not easy trying to sneak out the ruler.

I wish I'd know about this 20 years ago

I started this journey about a year ago. I use a Bath mate and (less and less) a Phallosan strap. The reason I’m using the Phallosan less is because I’m between condom sizes and if I move wrong it slips off. All in all however I’m extremely pleased. The guys in the forum have been helpful and informative.

I recommend anyone out there who is uncomfortable about their size to give it a try. I’m fortunate in that I can afford the aids mentioned above but there a forums that give pretty descent “do it yourself” aids as well.
