Thanks for checking out my thread. My girth is far from maximized I’m just not focused on it right now. I don’t increase my jelqs because I want to reach my length goal first or atleast get closer to it first. When I’m ready I will do the opposite and only increase girth exercise reps. If you notice besides a month or two I never increase my jelqs. I chose to go with the theory of length first then girth.
But I was also worries about my gains considering that I, like you had seen how all the big gainers had more is more routines. I was more than willing to spend 40+ mins to build a bigger dick but I reach fatigue a lot quicker than most. That is the most i.important thing. You have to customize your routine based on YOUR recovery ability. When I first started 1 stretch in all 5 directions would leave me with soreness. After a while I was able to increase it.
Listen to your body and don’t worry about other people who gain with more is more routines. Not only is my routine light, but I always have to take atleast 1 day off after every session. Average 3 days a week of pe I think I have made some pretty good gains in the almost 10 months I have been doing pe foe the little work I put in.
Throughout my log if you get a chance to read most of it you will see that I always follow my PIs. When I see them drop I take about 3 days off. A lot of times when they get back positive I make a gain after that 3 days. If you have any questions about anything specific let me know.
