Today’s routine was:20x30 stretches
After doing sessions 2 days in a row with 20x30 stretches and jelqing my dick was tired. So I took yesterday off and today I only did stretches which brings me to my conclusion. Girth work in my case need a day in between sessions even though it’s only 30 jelqs. Stretching doesn’t seem to affect my eq as much as jelqing. Not saying jelqing doesn’t help my eq but 2 days in a row of jelqing is too much for me so I will stretch on consecutive days but jelq every other day. I guess it needs more time to rebuild from jelqing.
Eq is good I could get a hard erection while standing up after the stretching today. I have to find time to measure so I can see if I have gained or not. With extra people in the house it’s not easy trying to sneak out the ruler.
10 minutes then. Yup. :D In terms of stretching time that’s probably what I’m doing on a “hard” day - usually it’s more like 4 - 6 minutes. But I split it up throughout the day, doing one or two fulcrum pulls whenever. I don’t take rest days either, haven’t needed them with that stretching-only routine, EQ is generally very good.
