My routine
Warm up: I don’t have a warm towel so I just take a shower with hot water and let that warm up my dick a bit then I do my stretches
Stretches: pull my nuts for 1 minute (the nut sack stretch)
Then I pull my dick to the left
To the right
Straight up
Down (the stretch where you pull your dick between your ass)
Pull it straight out
Bundle to the left
Bundle to the right
Hook stretch with finger
Stretch with wrist under dick
30 seconds each total time 4 minutes, 30 seconds of stretching
Work out: 10 minutes
1 jelq = 1 second so I do about 60 jelqs with my left hand, then switch to my right hand ect..
60 jelqs left hand = 1
60 jelqs right hand = 2
Ect.. Until I reach 10 = 10 x 60 = 600 jelqs in 10 minutes.
Then after that I get hard and do some horse squeezes for girth and then masterbate (my reward at the end)

Flaccid: length 5.5” girth 5”
Hard: bone pressed length 8” girth 5.5”
GOAL
Flaccid: length 6”-7” girth 5.5”
