Did you try the botox/bocox?
I have not pulled that trigger yet. I know AZMike has and has indicated he had good results for function, but growth is questionable. I will likely get it, but need to go to NYC to get it at the moment.

Runnels coined the “Bocox” term for his version of Botox penile injections. But, other men’s clinics do off it, just not always by that licensed name. The Centers for Sexual Medicine and Wellness does offer Botox for the penis. They are in NYC and near Philadelphia, perhaps another location too.
If you type in “Botox Penis” you should also find studies on this usage.

The botulinum toxin used for Botox treatments is extremely expensive. The main manufacturer is Allergan, and they sell it for $1,268 per 200ml vial; enough for six or so treatments. That comes out to $400 to $600 each after clinic markup.
The newest use for it is for treatment of migraine headaches.
I recently tried the botox shot ($2000), and as Mike AZ noted, it improved functionality, which was what I was testing. It was a successful test for me, but not enough for me to do it again.
As a reference point my clinic offers the BoCox (botox + p shot) for $3500 and for $5000 they’d add in some other stuff I want familiar with, or interested in.
Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Note that if the Dysport brand of “Botox” is used the dose must be increased.
