I’m currently 19 years old.
My dream is to achieve the 8(NBPEL)×6 mark.
I’m starting this thread to give updates about my PE progress and to keep track about my own gains. I would also like to use this thread, as a place where people are able to share their own progresses/routines/tips and tricks. I hope some of you guys have some interesting tips/tricks etc.

So I started with the newbie routine 1 week ago.

Routine:

2 days on/1 day off

5 min warm up (hot water)

10 min stretches (30 seconds holds in each side)

15 min Jelqing (Ok- grip 3-5 sec Stroke)

5 min cool down (hot water)

3h of phallosan use before going to bed.

Progress/Update:

So since it is the first week I haven’t seen any visual gains (logic). But I have to say that my dick sometimes appears to be a little bit bigger in a flaccid state. However I’m not going to measure my dick size for the first 6 weeks. I don’t want to lose my motivation 😅. Anyways I’m adding every week +1 min to stretching and also +1min to jelqing. I have a Hercules pump and I also have Phallosan Forte. I’m trying to use Phallosan on my PE-Workout days for at least 3h. Do you guys think its to much if would also use the pump for 10-15min ? Is it enough of I only the the routine without the pump and with out Phallosan ?

While jelqing I’m using black-seed oil on my dick. I heard its good and that it also helps with dick growth. The question is: Do I also have to drink a tee spoon of black-seed oil or is it enough if I use it during jelqing?

Questions to all:

When did you start your PE-Journey? How much did you gain? When did you saw the first gains? What Routine did you do/are you currently doing? Do you have any secret tip that gave you faster gains?

I know I have a lot of questions😅, but I’m new to all of this .. I mean I often started PE for like 1 week and then stopped, due to school and work. But now I have a lot of time and I’m very motivated.

And also sorry for my bad English, I’m German, bit I hope you guys understood what I wrote 😂.

So I currently have this phase where I don’t have a girl and I masturbate a lot .. I think for the last 2 weeks st least 2 times a day .. And I kinda have the feeling that my dick gets smaller and smaller every time .. Does masturbating has negative effect on your PE-Trsining or not .. Because I’m not sure, but I somewhere read that you should not masturbate after PE .. Anyone who has answers ?

You should measure at the start and see what you gain in 6 weeks, it should keep you motivated once you notice the difference

People say to reduce the amount of masturbation to bring out the best of PE. I use to jerk everyday but now I’ve restricted myself to not watch porn and only masturbate once a week. PE is honestly amazing it’s disciplined me with that issue mainly because my dick feels bigger and stronger now.

Nice. For how long have you been doing PE? Did your dick grow ?

3 week of PE

I’m still doing the newbie Routine, but I’m increasing the stretching and jelqing time, every week +1min.

Results: I don’t see any visual results, I am going to measure in 3 weeks. The only thing I have noticed is that my dick first when I started jelqing, for the first week, my flaccid size appeared bigger, but now I’m currently in my 3 week of PE its seems to be back at normal. I have also noticed that my erection is stronger, but I’m not sure if its from PE or because I’m not masturbating everyday anymore.

Progress

Week 4:

So I’m in my 4 week now. Unfortunately I was not able to do PE for 5-6 days.. Due to lack of time.
So yesterday I exercised again after about 6 days.

Results:

So far no visible results. I’m going to measure dick in 2 weeks.

Question:

So this question goes out to the PE-Oldies. Hoe do you guys stay motivated, when do you guys usually do PE, like in the morning after you wake up, before sleep?
