Hey CB, thank you for taking an interest. I haven’t measured in a while, I’ve been having a hard enough time just doing my routines without my college roommates getting too suspicious about the longer than usual showers. My EQ is good (but it always is) I have frequent erections, no red spots or fatigue or anything. Although I just had my first lig pop a few minutes ago! That’s exciting and it makes me feel like maybe I could get somewhere with this.

Still trying to figure out the best technique, I don’t really seem to have gained despite having been at this for a while, which worries me and makes me think I’m doing something wrong.

What I’m going to guess is warm up and warmth issues and warm down.

Your log here indicates 8 minutes of lentil sock. Try 15. Your warm down is nonexistent. Add 10 minutes of Lentil sock.

Are your hands warm when you jelq? Try wet jelqing. Dry never worked for me.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I don’t know if you gained in your first month or since the start of your third, but if you gained 0,5cm BPEL and EG in the second month alone those are some pretty good gains.
If you could keep that up that would mean 6cm (over 2”) per year.

Why do you think you had this feeling that you needed a bigger penis? I’m always interested in actual experiences with a given size. How was it received? (If you’ve had sex yet)

21cm is guite a goal but it’s achievable, for some, I guess.
