My story is not an uncommon one. If I’m being honest with myself, I’ve never truly been happy with the size of my penis. Oh, sure, I’d have days when I’d convince myself that I had something to be proud of but deep down I always knew I wanted to be bigger. Conventional wisdom would tell me to be happy with what I had, and that there wasn’t too much I could do to enhance it, but I’ve always had trouble with the word “impossible”. I took to the library, scoured the internet, and eventually stumbled across people who told me I COULD enhance myself; that the conventional wisdom wasn’t so wise after all!

Over the next few years I would search for PE resources, sites, and information, try a couple of exercises but never commit to a routine with regularity or consistency all the while feeling embarrassed by my own manhood, despairing and feeling powerless to change it. I suppose I never committed because I thought I would fail, I had and still have trouble believing that I can really reach my goals despite evidence to the contrary.

At the end of May a few months ago, when I returned home from University, I bit the bullet and decided that time would pass me by whether or not I made good use of it; beginning without knowing how long it would take to reach my goals was always daunting but the only way to finish is to start, and if I had all those years ago, I’d already be posting in a success forum as opposed to starting my first progress log. So I commenced with the Newbie Routine and committed.

I’ve been consistent and committed for almost 3 months now. Quietly working away in my room burning the midnight oil to get things done. I try to listen to my penis as I see recommended so often on this forum and this has led me to increase the jelqing to around 12 minutes and the stretching to around 7 minutes. I did not take official starting measurements but took them after month 1 and after month 2. These measurements show an increase of 0.5 cm in length and girth. I wait at least 2 days after my last session to measure to avoid inflated data but this increase is so marginal that it makes me wonder if I’m accomplishing anything at all. I feel like I see all these guys gaining an inch in their first few months of PE and it’s disheartening. It makes me wonder what I’m doing wrong that I haven’t gained more by this point but at the same time I’m trying to be patient. I feel like a lost babe in the woods and the information on this forum is overwhelming enough to make me realize that I don’t really know what I’m doing.

I will be posting my progress, and perhaps ponderings/musings, here. If anyone ever sees this, I humbly seek the wisdom and counsel of those far more experienced than myself. I am eager to learn all you can teach me and more. Any articles I should read, information I should be privy to, or amendments I should make to either my routine or the structure of this journal, please let me know. I’m rambling so I’ll end it here.

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

After month 1:
BPEL: 15 cm
MSEG: 11.5 cm

After month 2:
BPEL: 15.5 cm
MSEG: 12 cm

I plan to measure using centimeters, primarily as a motivational tool. They are smaller than inches so it is easier to feel I am making progress since even millimeters count.

My Immediate Goal is 18 cm BPEL and 13 cm MSEG.
My next milestone would be 21 cm BPEL and 14 cm MSEG.
Please let me know if these are reasonable and reachable goals.

While I am concerned about girth, my primary focus at the moment is attaining impressive length. My goals may, and probably will, change as I continue my PE journey.

Started the Linear Newbie Routine today. I’m switching from the regular Newbie Routine. A couple of weeks ago I was stretching and noticed some bleeding from my frenulum, which really freaked me out. So I’m slashing the volume and starting over again, trying to focus on proper technique for maximum expansion, and allowing more time for conditioning. This is difficult since I’m so desperate to get so much bigger but I’m trying to maintain perspective long term. I have a lot of gains to make and I’m not sure how to do it, but strength through adversity is the only strength worth having.

Today’s Workout:

Lentil Sock - 8 min
20 jelqs
50 kegels (with a reverse kegel between each rep)

Patience is key. Also, I have advised this to someone else but warm hands and a warm room help. Also, try some manual stretching before your jelqs and a couple more minutes with your heat source. I feel like you’ll see more results that way

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thank you TG. I just switched to the linear newbie routine, which recommends no stretching for the first 2 weeks but I’ll be sure to add it in ASAP! Do you have any words of wisdom regarding stretching technique or even just the general mindset one should have as they approach PE?

I’ve always believed in some form of stretching. Additionally, you can blend the two routines if you like aspects of both. They are just guidelines. Unlike instructions for assembly of something, no reward is guaranteed by following the instructions implicitly. Safety is paramount.

Just some light stretching after your heat is my recommendation.

Mindset? You are a winner. You made the right choice. You are here to become better. Don’t look at PE as a chore. Simply view it as the next exercise towards a goal.

A common problem with PE mindsets is we come in with the idea that x amount of hours logged doing y exercise will lead to z amount in gains. This mindset is particularly common in extender users as manufacturers “guarantee” x growth with y amount of wear time. But everyone is different. Uses that device differently for their x hours and this is the same with manuals, how you do your manuals and how they affect your dick is different even if both of you use identical routines.

Miracle gainers are great, but they sometimes demotivate us slow gainers. And occasionally, when we quiz them on how they got gains and find they did half what we did for half the time…it just is frustrating.

The best mindset is self-improvement. All good things do come to those who wait. Penile health brings gains. Diligent exercise and discipline to do them brings penile health.

Also, I listen to a subliminal that keeps me focused. Primes my body and mind.

Warm-up and kegels were done concurrently to maximize efficiency.

TG, is light stretching enough to impact length or do I need to be using as much force as I safely can?

I very seldom recommend maximum force. The “turtle” effect will cause retraction and retard your gains if it is overdone. Gentle stretching is my recommendation until you are conditioned more and know your penis better.

Gentle it is then! Marinera seemed to advocate the same thing in his thread about manual stretching.
