Yup you are right, I havent done any PE exercises yesterday and already I feel my erections and sensitivity improving. Kind of a relieve☺. I definetly started to heavy, my mistake. I found a very good post on this site, wish I read it before. Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:
Luckily I just started 10 days ago so I’m preatty sure I didnt do much damage. Still it scared me lots. I’m going to do only some light stretching and jelqs until my penis is properly prepared. Thanks for your help☺
