Pumping only routine
I’ve tried jelqing stretching hanging for months at a time and gained nothing from it. I started pumping last year and had a stint where I gained a temporary 0.2 inch in length that lasted 3 weeks. I started pumping high pressure and ended up losing those gains. I’m going to give pumping one last shot since it’s the only thing that showed some sort of result for me. If this doesn’t work nothing will and I will quit PE. I’m using a 1.75 inch cylinder from LA Pump. I will be very satisfied if I can gain 0.5 inch in length.
My routine will be 3 sets of 15 minute at 5 HG. 1 day on 1 day off. I will measure every monday to see if I gained.
