Ready To make some gains
I’m currently 6 inches NBPEL and little over 4.5 girth. I have a goal of 6.5-7 NBPEL and 5-5.5 girth. I’m 5’9 and weight 182, so I know when I lose the 20lbs I gained after knee surgery I might gain some NBPEL length. As for the knee everything almost back to normal. Walking, jogging, and jumping just fine now after a year of hard work even though I still have more work to do to get back to at least 95% normal again. I’ll be happy if I reach those numbers but any increase will be good enough for me. I will be starting the newbie routine and note my progress. That way I can keep up with my gains. I did PE way back in 2008 and made some gain that I still have to this day without PEing in years. Don’t remember the gains but I do know I was under 6 NBPEL and under 4.5 girth so I will only go off of my starting size as of right now. I was measure when I get off of work to verify the correct numbers.
