Added another rod to the PMP. Seem to be doing with more frequent breaks and shorter sets with stretching, jelqing.

Want to get to 7” still before I focus on girth work.

Up to 7” NPBFSL. Took a week off just to do manuals and back in the PMP. Also down about 5 lbs. feeling more confident and EQ is way up. Overall very happy with progress so far.

After a nice manual stretch/jelq session with no extender, pulling my new stats:

Starting BPEL: 5.5”
Starting EG: 4.5”

6 month BPEL: 6.4”
6 month EG: 4.6”

I would still attribute first half inch to getting back to baseline from where I was before. Also down about 10 pounds with another 20 I’d like to get down. Overall very happy with the Penimaster Pro and incorporating lots of heated stretches/jelqs and different variations of manuals that I can find on the forums. EQ did start to suffer a bit after my last intense week with the PMP, so sticking with manuals for another two weeks off and on until glans heal fully and I’ll get back into it.

Hit 6.5” after adding a new small rod for the PMP. The two ish weeks off definitely helped EQ and some glans issues. Been reading up on tunica scraping on some Reddit threads and starting incorporating a version of that while in the extender, which definitely seems to help with toughness as the set goes on. Trying to drop total time to 2 hours and then incorporate more manuals to reduce blisters/spots on the glans. Happy to officially be up 1” from when I started.

Clocked 7.25” BPFSL. Got a smidge over 6.5” BPEL. Debating a pump, thinking Leluv. Reading up more on pumps and probably going air pump route. Think I want to get to 7” first before I start coming up with a routine but thinking: 1) heat + heated manuals 2) heated extender in PMP <2 hours 3) tunica malleability + firegoat rolls throughout 4) air pump at 3-5 hg in the Leluv 3-4 days a week.

The cylinder and hand pump are a nice set up because with careful technique you can also fill the cylinder with water and use it as a water pump when the mood strikes. I really appreciate the flexibility compared to a Bathmate style pump or a cylinder with a built-in electric pump.

Got it. Just finally placed the order for a Leluv Magna pump too. Looking to work that in slowly after extending sessions moving forward too.

Leluv arrived. Ordered the 1.5” x 9” automatic pump. I think I need to re measure my girth. At full erect, was way too packed in the tube and my glans were fully compressed into the walls. I think having more of a mushroom tip is contributing to this too. Just ordered a 1.65” and will see. Very nice tho, not as tricky as some of my research led me to believe. Staying below 5” hg for now.

So I finally got a tape ruler and realized I’m 4.75 EG. No idea when I saw increases. I just figured with primarily extending I wouldn’t see girth increases. Which is great, just didn’t know.

Added another small rod to the extender. Total up in the extender is 2.5” with total EL gains at 1”. Not sure how that works out but I’ll take it. Did two hours in the PMP and then 20 mins at 5-7hg in the Leluv pump. I could see where people get addicted to using the pump but trying to take it slow and work my way up for time/pressure.

1.5” cylinder too narrow. 1.65” just showed up. Will post how it goes in two days.

Getting addicted to pumping. 30 min interval pumping 7-9 hg and came out 6.6” BPEL and 4.9 EG. Only did manuals in between sets.

I feel like pumping has done a ton for me as far as breaking through past plateaus, and yes, it’s fun. I don’t have the time for long sets, but I’m finding results even at 2x5min.
