Accountability thread for myself.

Warm wrap, manual stretches, dry jelqs, kegels. Keeping it simple, keeping track. Looking to get back up 6.75” BPFSL sometime this year.

Probably getting back to baseline from before. New heating pad while stretching really helping. Trying for more tunica stretches. Will be interested to see where this plateaus at. I think my old max BPFSL was around 7.

Just clocked 6 5/8” for BPFSL. Should have done a better job measuring girth, really haven’t even done a check.

Revised routine:

1 day on 1 day off
Heating pad 10-15 mins
Work into heated stretches, all directions
Dry jelqs with more stretches thrown in

Happy with progress so far, have not gotten back into the ADS mode yet, but working from home a few days a week does make this tempting.

Just pulled 6 7/8” BPFSL. BPEL at 5.75” currently.

Still not worrying about girth until later. Day 2 of PMP as well. 2 hour sessions split into 2 1 hour splits. Hand clamping and jelqs in between. So far, enjoying the strain. Will keep posting updates.

Day 5 having taken one day off from the PMP. Overall flaccid hang much better. BPEL creeping up very slowly. Was only able to do 2 hours and now getting closer to 5-6 hours. Breaking it up with light stretching, heat, jelqs and hand clamps. Overall feeling very good about it.

PMP is truly a thing of beauty. With a few adjustments, best purchase I’ve had for PE. I am fortunate I get to WFH relatively frequently. Up to 5-6 hours a stretch with mild helping in between. EQ is up too.

Just pulled about 6” BPEL. Have not been measuring BPFSL since I got the PMP but will keep track next week.

Sounds like you should consider RED + NIR pad or lamp. MOSRED is a good option.

YOu have a similar routine I had when I started, trust the process and I think in 2-3 months get ready to use a water pump with cylinder and gauge and you will be hooked with that for life. Water pumping is the shit.

Will check out water pumping. I did pull my BPFSL and it’s only at around 7” currently, whereas my BPEL is somewhere between 6 1/8 and 6 1/4. Just finding it interesting that I’m getting such pronounced EL gains but not on the FSL gains side. I’m also curious how much of this is just getting back to prior baselines as well.

Hit 6.25” BPEL with a little extra, but some of that going to attribute to extended glans. This is now the max I was before from when I began PE. The PMP is truly a thing of beauty in terms of having exact benchmarks for progressive overload. I did also just come back from a week off with zero PE. Continuing to see progress with 2 days on 1 off. Going to keep incorporating decon breaks when gains stall. So far, very happy.

Stagnated at 6.25” BPEL. Should probably pull BPFSL. Hours are up to 7-8 hours per PMP session but going slightly lower on tension.
