Down to 193 lbs. Hoping when I get to 175 my fat pad is less than 1”. Seems like one of the easier ways to gain length but almost even more of a pain in the ass than PE to stay in shape.

Been stuck between 193-195 for over a month now. Just getting lax and too many birthday parties/bonfires with friends.

Took a day off and got in a great manual stretch and pump session today. Hit 6.875” BPEL and 4.9” EG. Extending straight down with higher tensions seems to be providing almost immediate benefits from length gains.

Added another pin to the PMP. Measured it and I’ve increased rod length by close to 1.6” since I started extending about 6 months ago.

Just hit 7x5 out of the pump! I know it’s temp right after a pump and extending session, but this is the largest I’ve ever measured. Would love to lose another 25 ish pounds and hopefully get fat pad from 1” to .5” at some point, but this is hands down the best progress I’ve ever made.

2 hrs extending + 2 hrs low weight ADS hanging with 2.5 lbs. Jelqs spread out throughout. Hit 7.75” BPFSL.

Hit 189 lbs. Changing up routine between high tension + long duration (3+ hours) in extender, heated manuals + 20 min pumping, and a combo of the two. Got a little past 6.75 notch in pump. Still making good progress.

Added another rod in PMP. Measured from where I started and have now added 2 1/8” in rods since I got it earlier in the year. Obviously hasn’t all translated directly to exact gains, but nice to see how easy it is to track.
