Stayed away from the extender for about 3 days. Interestingly, focusing on girth for those few days let me move up another rod on the PMP. 2.25” since start.

Had an absolutely fantastic session. 3 hours in extender and 20 mins pumping. Measured after and hit 7.125” BPEL, 8” BPFSL and 5.1” EG. best showing yet.

Went back and checked the PMP and the little plastic cup that sits in the vac cup had ripped. Which is interesting, as it felt like my glans had best suction ever fitting past the diaphragm. I might just keep it this way if I keep getting such a good fit moving forward.

Day 2 of this ripped PMP extending and pumping combo. Absolutely insane strain length today. Comfortably snuck to 7.25” BPEL after ext/pump session. No idea how long this will last before this magic spot disappears, but I’m technically only .25” away from length goals. I think I am revising myself to 8x5.5 as my new goal for myself.

Decided to add another small rod and really stretch. Had a close call where I almost felt a pop. Crazy strong tension on the shaft for second half of 2 hour session. Measured immediately afterwards and hit 7 3/8” BPEL. I know this is temporary but I am having some pretty incredible interim results just using very high tension with the glans completely inside the cup. Wearing .5 lb ADS rest of day and taking three days off before restarting.

Still hitting 7.3 BPEL and 5.1 after pump/extend sessions. Think I am updating my goals to 8x5.5.

Modifying my routine slightly again. 45 mins extend, 10 mins pump 3x per session. Got some great expansion out of the last pump session and measured 7.5x5.2 post pump. I think intermixing more of the girth work with the length work is helping. Also adding rods/extension with each set.

Real number is probably 7.2 x 5. Haven’t seen much growth, but of a stagnant period. Debating just doing manuals and pump for a while and see what happens.

2 weeks of manual/pumping only and decided to go back to old routine for a day and see how it goes.

Interestingly, felt even easier to hit length goals after session. Might start incorporating these manual/pumping only periods when I stagnate with normal protocol.

Current stats:
BPEL 7-7.1”
MSEG 5-5.1”
Weight 185-187 lbs

Some reflections: extending has provided the most gains, period. For me, it added basically all the length and half the girth gains. My goal was 7.5 x 5.5 but I think I’m gonna do more 8 x 5.6-5.7 as a goal. I do think it’s doable this year. Going to dial back on total time and days per week and shoot for 1.5 hrs extending and 20 mins pumping for my workout days. High tension extending and interval pumping at 10-12 hg working well.

For weight, I think I’d like to get into the low 170s and stay there. 160 might not be sustainable, but I think it’s a good long term goal. Intermittent fasting, only eating one meal a day with a protein focus and fruits as carbs has worked well. I do need to incorporate more strength training, but that’s on me.

Overall I would consider 2024 a success. I think continuing to sustain this progress and life choices health wise is good, just need to stay on track. On to 2025!
