I’m considering dropping some extending time in favor of more pumping. At a high of 8 hours extending probably going down to 1-2 hours or until I hit max elongation then into the pump.

Taking a week long decon. Happy with progress, just ready to take a week or two off. Been going at this for almost 8 months straight.

Hitting 7 3/8” BPFSL. BPEL still about 6.6 but not stressing too much. Honestly, don’t know if pump gains are permanent, but they’re still moving the needle. Keeping it in the 9-10” HG range now.

Aiming to just do manuals and pumping for now. Petechiae has been minimal even at 9-10” hg and I’m still trying to get rid of some darkened area on the top most portion of my glans caused from the vac cup extending. Right now my goal is 3-4x a week until the darkened portion goes away before resuming extending.

After a particularly good session, hit 7.5” BPFSL and 6.7” BPEL. Not quite packing the tube at 1.65” diameter so holding off on the 1.75” for now. In between pumping sets doing heated manuals. No extender in a bit now. Really impressed with this pumping routine. Seeing some minor donuting but not terrible. Starting cardio as well to help with EQ.

I dislike the donut, so I’d personally back off until you find where it stops and stays gone, but I’m glad you are enjoying pumping. We’ve got another member consistently doing 3 sets of 5 minutes at 4.5 hg and a 2 minute rest in between, and growing like crazy, so I’m not sure just how hard is really needful.

So I’ve seen some of the extreme cases of donuts, this is pretty mild in comparison. To be honest, I have had in mind programs at lower HG levels for two weeks straight and then I end up getting carried away, lol.

Can’t say enough good about it. Buckfever has a good thread on his progress at low hg.

Had another session last night and told myself “keep this shit at 5-6” hg” and my dumb ass made it to the third set before I cranked it up 🤦‍♂️

There’s something to the visual/mental aspect of seeing it bloom up that is making it difficult to stick to lower pressures. And discipline. And probably 36 years of mild body dysmorphia when it comes to my dong.

That’s basically all of us. I’m at your goal and still over here like "but… bigger is better, yeah? Obviously."

Ok, back from two week decon. Lost about .1-.2” in length, which isn’t too bad. With the water trick and lugols iodine helping with gland discoloration going to start leaning heavier into longer extending sets. Going to target 4-5 hours a day 4 days a week.

Thanks Vibs, appreciate the kind words. Leaning more into extending again. Just completed a 2.5 hour set in the PMP. Just hit 7.6 BPFSL, which is a new record for me. Also at 4.87 for EG. BPEL still hitting close to 6.7.
