I got curious and did some measuring. Standing with back and butt against the wall, my NBPEL at 6.89" from last measurement of 6.81". Not much left until seven inch. Girth same as always…but there is still time and hope. I had shit sleep and day at work so maybe bad EQ, idk.

MODIFICATION NEWBIE ROUTINE: So today would be a rest day,and also a saturday, which seems to me like a waste. Everytime a rest day falls into the weekend it feels weird, because I have the entire day "free" but then I need to sometimes pull the rabbit out the hat to get my PE in during the work week. So going forward I will make the following changes:Saturdays& Sundays: Newbie routine will be performed TWICE per day, and rest days will continue in a 2 on 1 off fashion if possible. Newbie routine is prioritised and extender (4hrs) is second. If it means I dont achieve 4h every day its ok, but Jelqing is compulsory.

I have been having a LOT of stress lately…related to work and academics and personal life. All this stress caused a bit of an indent in my last few days of PE, but also made me extra horny. I edged a bit and measured EQ and it was 5.4"(13.7cm) which is not usually as high, so I’m happy about that.
Onwards we go.

Was stressful work week (accountant).
I am looking to change jobs to give a better work life balance.
Due to the previous 3 consecutive rest days I’m now going on 10 day newbie routine streak with no rest days, and that will conclude month 1 of 3 with 20 days of jelqing which would also have been the number of jelqing days under the 2 ON 1 off routine.

I’ve removed the stretches from the newbie routine as I wear an extender. I may manually stretch sporadically.
