EDIT: I was too curious and so I measured my edged MSEG and at the point where I’m about to damn near explode I am 5.31"/13.5cm…it just won’t go more.
So my hopes of 5.5"/14cm MSEG within the next two months is becoming doubtful.
If it fails then I’ll simply start pumping again every day and treat my temp gains as permanent by never going less than 24 hrs without pumping.
I aim to do a more intense jelq routine as well after I finish this "camp".

Admittedly, work and family visits have become obstacles lately for PE
Need to add in extra sessions to close out the month, and continue on an otherwise smooth trajectory by starting month 2 of 3 next week. Took morning wood measurements today, same old.
Which is fine with me, as long as there is no reduction.

But I’m feeling great despite it all.
Very horny and energetic.

It has been exactly one month since my last post.

I unfortunately have a sort of shoulder impingement from working out, and have not been able to do jelqing. Even strapping on an extender causes a bit pain.

Hoping to return soon.

There is no doubt to me that winter is the enemy of PE. Now that it’s over, it’s time to get thick for summer. I turn 29 in a couple of days and I need to demonstrate discipline and eagerness. I’ve only completed the newbie routine once in my life years ago and gave me permanent 0.3"/5mm girth. I need to see what’s possible doing it again, fully.
I’ve omitted the stretching because I still have a shoulder injury, and I wear an extender at least 30min-4h per day.

DAY 1, 2, 3 & 4/90

2ND NEWBIE ROUTINE + 2ND EXTENDER ROUTINE:

Basically, I have not gained in the last 5 months. So I decided to switch it up, because I might not be intense enough anymore.

After 3 months of newbie routine originally and about 1.5 years of extender work (eventually extending beyond 8 inches BPFSL) I decided to restart this, or go into "PHASE 2" so to speak.

I have gained BPEL 0.6" and MSEG 0.3" so far in my (inconsistent) PE journey of approx. 18 months.

I also have a leluv pump and got to MSEG 5.75" with it but these gains went away after few days of no pumping. Maybe if you do it every day consistently…then it will be longer lasting.

I would like to try and "exhaust" my gains from jelqing and extending and THEN I will focus primarily on pumping.

Attached is my routine for the next 90 days.

It is a tough routine but might as well try it. My member is conditioned now. If adjustments are needed it’s okay.

Now that my shoulder injury is settling, I will also opt for increased physical exercise and gym again. In my experience this has HUGE effects on EQ.

The AIM is to discover if jelqing and extender work COMBINED can give gains to someone who has seemingly plateaued.

I will report back.

Shoulder injuries just mean more leg days! Or more cardio, if you prefer.

That is amazing that you say this, thanks! Because I’ve been contemplating the same. And legs have always been lagging behind upper body. So now this is an opportunity to focus on legs!! Also returned from a 2.5 mile run now too. :D
