I’ve set myself a target of 1500 hours in Penimaster Pro and I’m trying to do at least 3 hours a day

I’ve started the routine end of october 2017 and these were the initial measurements

BPEL - 6.7
MSEG - 5.3

Total October (started the 25th) - 37 hours

So far I can wear it without pain thanks to the vacuum attachment, the only discomfort comes from the base ring pushing against the ligaments so I just change position to upwards. Been wearing the device at around 700-1000g for those interested, never went lower than that. The only annoying part so far of my routine is taking 2 minutes to apply the penimaster gel and put the vacuum attachment on

I did a measurement a couple of times and I got

6.9 BPEL

Safe to say I’ve gained around 0.2 BPEL after 100 or so hours.

Maybe even slightly more, but it’s easier for me to notice 0.2” increases than smaller ones so I will just report every 0.2” increases

Start = 6.7 BPEL

After 133 hours = 6.9 BPEL

Good luck on your journey. I’m just starting out, using the Jes Extender.

With this success, do you think it is always good to use the extender without any rest days?

Some say as the tension is never that high (assuming you don’t buy an extreme extender that is!) rest days aren’t required. However I’m building in one day per week without any extending and, once I build up my times and tension, I might increase this to two days off per week.

I doubt with 4h/day one would need any rest days, I personally think they’re overrated for moderate use of extender (4-5h/day)

Quick Update

I’ve injured my frenulum and have a small tear there. It sucks because I don’t really want to stop. Will try to be gentle in hope that it heals itself off while I extend, If not I’m afraid I will have to take days off

Good stuff man. A few days off isn’t a big deal, let it heal.

I’m just starting up with an extender myself, going for about half the time you are, so 750 hours. Planning to get up to 4-6 hours a day.

Better let it heal completely than risk a weak spot. You could manually stretch for some days from the base or where you dont affect the spot.

A tip for anyone extending… do some helicopter stretches (circling stretches around the clock) to hit some more angles. Inbetween or after a set of extending. The extender alone is rather 1 dimensional.

No stretches for me, I wanna see how much I get just from extender, don’t want any variables. I managed to put the extender on without pain and do 2 hours without any pain, so my best guess is I attached it improperly and the stretch caused friction to the frenulum but right now it’s fine
I am continuing my routine now and couldn’t be happier but definitely have to be more gentle with the attachment

I was able to continue the training despite having a small tear on frenulum. First few days the tear was becoming uncomfortable but I managed to go through it and it healed over time to the point where now I’m almost not feeling it.
I still struggle to study with the extender on, need to balance the extender wear time better in relation to my schedule. 3-4h seems like the sweet spot in that regard.
