Starting Soon, Any Advice?
Hello guys, I am not new to this, and I decided to make a change and I am going to try PE out, I already did streching and jelquing but very ocasionally, so My program goes as follows.
Month 1:
5 min warmup
5 min of streches
300 jelqs
5 min of streches
5 min of warmdown
Also no masturbation that day
Month 2:
5 min warmup
5 min of streches
500 jelps
5 min of streches
5 min of warmdown
Month 3:
5 min warmup
5 min of stretches
700 jelqs
5 min of streches
5 min of warm down
So that would be My 3 month plan, it would Be 2 days on 1 day off, My measures are 14cm erect and girth around 12, My long término goals is getting up to 18, so add a couple inches, I know it will take more than 3 months, I will be posting a before and after picture.
