J’ai pu lire plusieurs membres qui expliquent que le V stretch classique est presque inutile comparé a l’inverted

Mais je pense que tu peux en faire en complément pour “annuler” la courbure

Trouve un truc pas trop gros (Les pots de confit d’oignons sont souvent top)

Adding every other days or every two days

Clamping morning/evening 10 min after hanging 5 days on 2 days off
