I think that you really do a lot but,for sure multiple short sessions are better for me too.
Instead of using the clamps for 25 minutes (non stop), since almost one year I do 5 x 5 minutes (and do a little massage between each set)
No need to do firegoat roll…I think that is also better for the skin.

I always was over doing a bit in the pase but now i took a step back and try to handle my routine to feel is better and understand more my errors (sorry for my English)

I had the bad habbit to jelq too soft too, now i jelq at 85% (5-6 jelqs) then i re-up my erection > jelq > erection > jelq etc… it feels a lot more effective.

Usually jelqing at "80%-85%" works more on girth but, when you jelq with a "very low erection" it works more on length.

Indeed but, i jelqed for many months with low erection and it never gave me any result.

So i try a different version here.

Today best session ever, i almost packed my tube.

15min pump
5min squeeze
15min pump
5min squeeze
15min pump
5min squeeze

I pumped at 5 to finish at 7 hg, i feel the higher i go the bigger i am in the end.
I don’t care anymore about my curve it will heal itsefl when i will pack the tube

I try to put cock ring after pump and the night when i am sleeping to have better night erections.

I think water pumping is better for me because my erection never fall off until i drop the pressure.

Maybe it is due to the uncompressible property of water.

I have better sensations with water, i feel the stretch during the entire session.

I am very satisfied.

I will measure my unit the 24/05/2021 to see if i gained anything.

i have broken my gauge with water.

I ordered a LA pump, i will take a break then restart PE with a simple routine of pumping with heat.

I rest when i feel the need to.

Everything is going well, i continue my pumping routine.

1h pump heat everydays (rest when i need)

Cockring 24/24 (even rest days)

I feel that it has grown up, even if it is light i feel it.

I prefer to not measure it i wait until 3 or 6 months.
