Amazing Gains From Manual Stretching
I just wanted to share my success in PE so far, I have been doing PE for about 6 months now, I started water pumping about 10 minutes up to 4 times per week and combined it with jelqing on an infrequent basis, the last 2 months I had added manual stretching to my routine and stopped jelqing because I wanted to focus on length gains first and girth second, when I started I was 5.9 inches BPEL, now I’m 6.7 inches BPEL, I’m close to gaining my first inch in length, I credit most of my length gains to manual stretching, my stretching routine was 4 times per week, lasting 24 minutes divided into sets, I stretch in every angle that is possible.
I also feel that so far, manual stretching has been the best way for me to gain length because of the intensity of it, I also pull really hard to the point of soreness, I have not been able to find a similar intensity with penis extenders or even hanging, I have never tried hanging with heavy weights however.
