I’m new here to thundersplace, I have been doing PE since febuary 2021, a bit more than 3 months now, I started at BPEL 5.9 inches and MSEG 4.9 inches, my routine consists of water pumping 3-4 times per week and jelqing 200 reps on the same day as water pumping, I dp training everyother day, taking rest days helps with growth and is important. I am now at 6.1 inches BPEL and 5.2 MSEG.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I have been PEing for close to 4 months everyday and decided to take 3 days off due to discoloration, For some reason I thought I was going to lose my gains but instead I woke up bigger than ever. The skinniest section of my penis was an 1/8 inch thicker and I was maybe 75% erect.

Can anyone please tell me what kind of length gains can I achieve with manual stretching 5 times a week, 30 minutes per session, I’ve only been doing PE for 4 months and I have just begun to incorporate manual stretching into my routine recently

Starting: (3/1/20) BPFSL 6.75" NBPEL 6.5" MSEG 4.9"

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Amazing Gains From Manual Stretching

I just wanted to share my success in PE so far, I have been doing PE for about 6 months now, I started water pumping about 10 minutes up to 4 times per week and combined it with jelqing on an infrequent basis, the last 2 months I had added manual stretching to my routine and stopped jelqing because I wanted to focus on length gains first and girth second, when I started I was 5.9 inches BPEL, now I’m 6.7 inches BPEL, I’m close to gaining my first inch in length, I credit most of my length gains to manual stretching, my stretching routine was 4 times per week, lasting 24 minutes divided into sets, I stretch in every angle that is possible.

I also feel that so far, manual stretching has been the best way for me to gain length because of the intensity of it, I also pull really hard to the point of soreness, I have not been able to find a similar intensity with penis extenders or even hanging, I have never tried hanging with heavy weights however.
