The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited

The load thresholds are universal, the tissue makes not much difference of the application.

Extenders, hangers, manual stretchers, jelqing, ads setups, any of them should be kept as low as possible.

Mainly maximum of 0.17MPa.
As long as possible not to strengthen the tissue and for avoiding the adaptation to load.

Pumping and clamping should be dealed differently.

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

I am one them. There is many guys like me who have done it for years and tryed many things, put huge effort into it and still could not gain anything worth mentioning after initial newbie gains. PE knowledge has stayed the same with almost no new information since 20 years ago. Same ancient newbie routine is recommended to all. Same concept with hanging that Bib recommended year 2002. Years after I came to see if there is anything new in field and this novel information surely got my interrest.

Good luck trying this new information.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Frankly PE needs more research like this to push it forward, my hat’s off to everyone involved.

Thank you. All collaboration is welcomed.

This is clearly ingenious. Quite often with breakthroughs, not everyone gets them right away which is totally fine.
An optimist would say the superior method will prevail in the end. A realist would say everyone now has the opportunity to learn but no one is forced.
The community can stay ignorant if they wish to.
[Not this thread alone but Kyrpa’s magnum opus as a whole is the breakthrough].

Kyrpa, regarding loading with a conventional (LG) hanger, what would be a sensible approach?
Assume optimal weight estimated with your calculator is 3.5kg

My current routine is:
a. 20 min @2.5kg
b. 30 min @3.5kg
c. 10 inn @4.2kg . (to counter the contraction of the tissue during cooldown)

So maybe:
0-7min in the workout: 1kg
7-14 min: 2kg
14-20: 2.5kg
20-50:3.5kg
50-60: 4.2kg

I am not sure what would be ideal.

[before PE] Start BPFSL: 17.6cm (6.93 inches) start BPEL: 16.7cm (6.57 inches)

[currently decon until aug 2024] latest BFPSL: 21.2cm (8.35 inches) latest BPEL: 19.5cm (7,68 inches) latest NBPEL: 17cm (6.69 inches)

Where can I find this calculator?

Mar21 - BPFSL: 6.5", BPEL: 6.5", NBPEL: 6", MEG: 5.5"

Jan22 - BPFSL: 8" (cold), BPEL: 7.5", NBPEL: 6.875", MEG: 5.5"

One Day - BPFSL: 9.5", BPEL: 9", NBPEL: 8.5", MEG: 6"

I have read before that doing bundled stretches would be good to stretch tunica walls. And doing them as pre stretch before doing basic straigth stretching. Is still still valid, do bundled have any place? I have experimented doing stress relaxation and after that electric pad warmed 360 degree bundled stretches 15min per side in extender before going to straight extender work..

It is an excel-sheet.
Just enter your flaccid girth, not erect. There are instructions that you have to measure below the glans.

Thanks - I searched for “load calculator” but you can imagine what the result of that was :)

As luck would have it, the 6 lbs. I am using is the right amount.

It would be great if you tried both and compared the terminal strain.

Big cock, tight abs, fit body, strong mind.

you are absolutely right Buck and I did exactly that today.
Pre BPFSL: 19.7cm post exercise BPFSL without incremental loading: 20.5cm // 4% strain
post exercise BPFSL with incremental loading: 20.8cm => 0.3cm increase //5.5% strain

I measure with the lg hanger chamber on and my strain rates are probably measured higher than they really are.
Yet, there is a noticeable difference and it makes perfect sense with what tutt already said. From now on, I will use incremental loading.

Am I correct to assume that we should be using our flaccid measurement?

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Yes. You are correct, we are putting a stress into a flaccid shaft. Take the measurement particilarly from the thinnest part of the flaccid penis behind the glans.
