Any tips on maximizing my gains with these 2
I have been vac hanging for 6 weeks now started with 30mins morning then night and now I’m at 1 hour morning and night
Pump every other day 20mins at 5-7mmhg.

Haven’t seen any of those beginner gains that everyone talks about.
Should I add jelqing as well?

BPEL 6.3/16cm
EMSG 5.5 /14cm
FBPSL 6.5/16.5cm

Current stats
BPEL 6.6
EMSG 5.5
FBPSL 7

Been Vac Hanging morning 1 hour 4lbs worked my way up to 5.5lbs
Then pumping 20mins at a pressure of 6-7 every other day

Been doing this for 2months and gained .1/4erect length

I want to add ADS should I remove the Vac hang?
Or just add the ADS after the Vac hanging.

I’m a believer that less is more. Pick one. Your girth is good so I’d concentrate on length first.

I’d listen to 5.5 . Make sure that you’re using heat and putting in at least 10 hours a week (read 5.5’s original log).

I like ADS for both “warm up” and “cool down”. I think there are benefits to both.
