Vac hanging And pumping
Any tips on maximizing my gains with these 2
I have been vac hanging for 6 weeks now started with 30mins morning then night and now I’m at 1 hour morning and night
Pump every other day 20mins at 5-7mmhg.
Haven’t seen any of those beginner gains that everyone talks about.
Should I add jelqing as well?
