Well obviously you need to see a urologist who will tell you what is wrong with you physically, if there is anything physically wrong with your penis. For all I know you could be suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) which can be caused by stress and a lot of other factors. It seems like there are a lot of factors in your life that are stressful (losing jobs, lack of health care when you feel you need it, etc) and age as well as health can lead to ED.
You mentioned you’ve taken ED pills to no avail, however there are multiple ways someone develops ED, and the pills won’t work in some cases (see: https://www.ncb i.nlm.nih.gov/p … les/PMC1351051/ ).
On the good note, if you do suffer from ED there was a study published about extenders on people who suffer from low erection quality (EQ) with the extender helping in EQ. However, I would advise NOT to do any penis exercises until you see a urologist and find out if there IS something physically wrong. As long as there is no physical pain and you just have low erection quality, I wouldn’t worry about it for now, you just need to find out if there is some kinda of physical thing the doctor can observe. If there isn’t anything physically wrong, and he can’t pinpoint anything, then ask him about extenders and mention the studies and ask if he thinks that is a bad idea. Ask if he knows of any trials with extenders, or if he knows how do find out about trials using them. If there are trials, that’s great because you will get treatment while receiving doctors supervision.
Also it seems like maybe you should see a different non-specialist doctor (and not in 7 months) about depression and/or anxiety. If you’ve lost jobs and relationships because of constantly worrying about this then that is its OWN SEPARATE problem that can (and should) be handled by a different doctor, and faster since I don’t think you would need to see a specialist.
99% of erections are caused from you being happy.
