PG the more I experiment the more I realise the issue is actually more than just a soft glans. The whole physiology of my penis has shifted, and maintaining an erection is more difficult, and I haven’t been able to perform a number of times, even with only ejaculating once or twice a week, whereas it used to be 10, minimum.
I’ll take a photo soon, and shift this thread.
Something else I noticed is that after massaging and squashing the superficial dorsal vein (or at least that area) near the base of my penis, the ‘leakage’ was momemtarily alleviated, almost as if (in my reasoning), the - assuming it is a leak - had been squished or mashed together with the surrounding tissue, preventing the soft glans or quickened loss of erection.
This thread oh, Fuck. I have a Venous Leak- Invictus’ thread indicates that this problem, if it is venous leakage, can actually be ‘cured’ pretty easily with a minor, non-invasive, induced embolizm. The science makes sense to me, the restricted vein causes surrounding tissue to naturally re-innervate nwe blood vessels that will not leak. It seems the issue is finding a competent interventional radiologist who’s willing to try it.
A final thought, after reading the above thread, it seems that several urologists have actually suggested that venous leakage is actually a gentic trait, and that some some will be prone to it more than others, eg you can have it minimally and probably not notice, but then may do something which makes it worse, causing it to become apparent. This makes sense to me, I’ve never found it REALLY easy to maintain an erection even when I’m horny as fuck. This difficulty has increased since the ‘change’.
This thought could actually open up quite a large can of worms in terms of many phenomona that people report experincing in terms of how they find PE affects them, though of course it’d be purely speculation. One example that comes to mind is people’s - people such as me - response to clamping. I always found it very difficult to get clamping to work. Even with two clamps, it was a struggle to keep enough blood in there so as to remain engorged. And i’d often resort to sitting in funny positions to cause a large blood pressure build up in my crotch. Otherwise I couldn’t get it to work properly. If there’s a leak somewhere on the dorsal side (since I always clamp on the horizontal sides) this could contribute to making it difficult to clamp properly. Just a thought.
