I haven’t had morning wood in the past 2 nights which is a bad sign in most cases, I think I’m getting paranoid about the fact that I may be doing something that can cause irreversible damage.I’m using regular water to wash the mix cup and I’m afraid they contain bacteria and getting into the mix or something, when I where my underwear I’m not dry yet, hoping that nothing can pass from my underwear (dust or something from the fabric) to the skin and then penetrates the shaft and cause nerve damage.
I’m also using Magnesium which most people didn’t use, should I keep using it?

There is several Magnesium supplements. The one recommended with Iodine is Magnesium Chlroride. There is two contributors and I suggest you read their posts especially "Bill from San Fernando" and Ted.
Magnesium here are taken orally.
PS:Been taking Iodine orally for my problem mentioned in a earlier post here. I take it with selenium as well. There is a definite difference. Sleeping a hell of a lot better. Sex is great. I used to drink a lot of beer 6-8 cans every evening every day (believing it will help with sleep) Down to one and now taking it cause I like to :) . I really can not believe what a difference Iodine has made.
