Erectile Dysfunction after jelqing erect 7 months ago. (nerve damage?) Pic included
Please read the whole thing, I’m so sad and I don’t know what to do.
My dick hasn’t been the same since December. I jelqed erect for 3 sessions total. On the last session, I remember my dick was fully hard and I was jelqing, then I must have injured something because it deflated like a balloon immediately. Ever since then I’ve had trouble getting and maintaining an erection. Also when I have sex I have premature ejaculation now. I finish in around 1 minute. Before I used to last around 20 minutes in bed.
Please look at the pic I linked above. The first pic is before PE. The remaining pics are after my injury. The veins right below the glans in the pictures seem different. Is this plaque? Could it be affecting my erections?
Symptoms:
-Erectile dysfunction (it’s hard to get an erection, and maintain it). When I stand up it usually disappears quickly.
-Premature ejaculation (last only 1 minute in bed now). Why? I’m curious about this one. I think when I jack off and ejaculate, the semen doesn’t shoot out sometimes now, it just leaks out.
-Flaccid dick is cold sometimes, especially glans. This probably means not enough blood is circulating there.
-Hard to kegal my dick when it’s flaccid sometimes. (Hard to move it up and down). Sometimes penis feels lifeless.
-Sometimes flaccid is skinny and lifeless.
I do get morning wood most mornings though.
Also, I don’t know if I have hard flaccid or pelvic pain. How can I tell? I never feel pain in my pelvic area. Is pelvic pain or pelvic floor dysfunction supposed to hurt? I never feel any actual pain in my pelvic area.
I’m able to get erect eventually by stroking my dick and looking at porn. But the erection usually disappears if I stop touching myself.
Did anyone have a similar experience? How do I heal this? In the first month after my injury I had loss of sensation in the glans and part of my shaft. But I don’t have loss of sensation or numbness symptoms anymore. It’s been 7 months. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is this permanent?
