4. What does a Reverse Kegel do with IC muscle? Does it Make it CONTRACT or EXPAND?
5. What are we trying to acheive with kegel exercises; A stiff IC Muscle or A relaxed IC Muscle?Thank you
1.
Up and stabilized(when erect).
2.
up and swelling some when semi.
3.
Cause normal(bc muscle) kegels are also happening during ejaculation
4.
Makes them contract. They IC muscles are partly responsible for the downward push (balooning) of the other muscles.
5.
A balance.
The IC Muscle is kind of a counter muscle to BC muscles which is responsible for ejaculation. (its like biceps vs. triceps)
Understand that the IC Muscle is 2 muscles.. one of each side and connecting to the bone in a triangular shape.
Both “legs” of the IC muscles contract towards each other. They meet right at the base of the dick connecting and wrapping around the CC’s
The IC muscle is bulging when contract downwards and clenching the the penis inside but it levers the penis against the pubic making the outside portion go upwards.
The BC Muscle (normal kegel) is contracting and going upwards.
The reverse kegel is the whole pelvic floor pushing, stretching out and dropping itself down/outwards.
The IC kegel is more focused and contracting outwards toward the base and pubic pone.
The reverse Kegel can engage a IC kegel as all is interconnect in the pelvic floor.
It helps to check out diagram’s. Check attached pic
