Not really its all scattered through forums and threads. Most the kegel advice you get on the web is trash(and might lead to imbalances)..also the dreaded PE advice to do Kegels everywhere in the car etc. is not good ..instead focused work as part of the routine is what should be done.
I should make a thread and write up at some point.
Im also in no way finished with my research, tests and execution in that context.
When we are young it all works on its own and then it gets more and more disturbed. I destroyed my pelvic floor and recovered + some. So its possible.
A good thing to do is the following:
Grab your dick and pull it very slightly into different directions. Scan your pelvic floor for contractions and try to relax them whenever they pop up. Relax as in letting the contraction go or pushing against it with a reverse kegel.
Notice the differences.
I think thats a good awareness training.

An IC kegel is what is described in this very thread.
The reverse kegel can be felt all over the pelvic floor and perineum. Its a kind of balooning act that stretches everything out.
Part of that rev kegel can engage the IC muscle.
The IC muscle is basicly pressing, shunting off and pushing the blood into the dick. Best seen in some anatomic pictures(google picture seach and some good links the last pages).
I can direct the reverse kegel rather good by now and most the times during errection I aim for under the balls / the perineum. At the inner base of my dick and pushing outwards and then imagined towards the glans.
While under a good maximum errection I push/baloon sometimes the whole pelvic floor and I can feel it up to the tailbone.
It gets better over time cause apart from increasing strength and endurance you are training the brain body connection and thus earn awareness and control.
It can be described as a pushing down as a tense pelvic floor is in a standing position more or less pushing up and contracting.
