A little update, since Monday 19th April I have been taking the supplements I said I would accept for:
L Arginine 1g
Saw Palmetto 200mg
Green Tea Extract 200mg
Inositol 1g
The reason for this is because I’ve read they can interact with testosterone on some level and I may need more tests which I don’t want to alter but I overlooked one thing that can interact and that is Acetyl L-Carnitine, rather than stop taking it I just thought at worst I will put any tests off for awhile.
Anyway while taking these supplements, I have been doing one of the stretches daily from this video:

that vanillavutte recommended (thanks) based on 229233 original message about stretching these muscles (thanks), at first I was doing all three exercises in the video and could feel tightness but after a few days exercises one and three wore off, exercise two is still extremely tight, so much so I can only hold my head to my shin for a few seconds before it feels like the muscle is cramping up lol.
I have noticed improvements and that is with masturbating daily and edging (as from today I have stopped). To give an example of the difference between before and now, before my flaccid state (at its worst) felt like an apple by this I mean it was very firm but if I squeezed I could feel a little give, I didn’t actually like doing it as it felt strange, now my flaccid state (again at its worst) feels softer until I reach a certain point then it goes hard but sill not as bad as before. I have also noticed that I am hanging a lot better throughout the day, I have even looked in the mirror a few times and smiled at how low I’m hanging :) .
I will continue taking the supplements until I reach the three month mark and I will continue the stretch until all tightness has gone.
