Firm flaccid penis

I still don`t have this oil unfortunately but seller claims that he send it already few days ago. So in my situation I now try something natural and gather money for surgery preference on something not too invasive like embolization and for sure will try fuck some chick asap beside that :) .Mayby someone else have positive results BMashina, token?

I’ve got some of this magnesium oil now.. Just put some on my pecker.. Not on the glans though.. Just the shaft, and rubbed it all over my body too.

It says to wash it off after 20 minutes, is this what you’ve been doing token? And do you put it actually on your glans (head) as well? Or just the shaft?

How quickly did you notice a change? Did it give you an instant erection?

I’ve had trouble with erections on and off for a very long time, and yes I have to sit most of the day due writing, which I have done from quite an early age.

Done the stretches just twice now and there is definitely more sensation and blood flow down there.

Give detail of exactly which stretches please.

A little update, since Monday 19th April I have been taking the supplements I said I would accept for:

L Arginine 1g
Saw Palmetto 200mg
Green Tea Extract 200mg
Inositol 1g

The reason for this is because I’ve read they can interact with testosterone on some level and I may need more tests which I don’t want to alter but I overlooked one thing that can interact and that is Acetyl L-Carnitine, rather than stop taking it I just thought at worst I will put any tests off for awhile.

Anyway while taking these supplements, I have been doing one of the stretches daily from this video:

that vanillavutte recommended (thanks) based on 229233 original message about stretching these muscles (thanks), at first I was doing all three exercises in the video and could feel tightness but after a few days exercises one and three wore off, exercise two is still extremely tight, so much so I can only hold my head to my shin for a few seconds before it feels like the muscle is cramping up lol.

I have noticed improvements and that is with masturbating daily and edging (as from today I have stopped). To give an example of the difference between before and now, before my flaccid state (at its worst) felt like an apple by this I mean it was very firm but if I squeezed I could feel a little give, I didn’t actually like doing it as it felt strange, now my flaccid state (again at its worst) feels softer until I reach a certain point then it goes hard but sill not as bad as before. I have also noticed that I am hanging a lot better throughout the day, I have even looked in the mirror a few times and smiled at how low I’m hanging :) .

I will continue taking the supplements until I reach the three month mark and I will continue the stretch until all tightness has gone.

Yes! The stretches are really helping me too. I had morning wood that I couldn’t bend down to go pee this morning! I am also a lot less firm which is great. I know the exact stretch that had helped me too.

Although this could just be the natural healing process, I do not know or mind either way.

The stretch where you lift your leg up and point the top of your head toward your foot really gets me. It is actually quite painful. But I noticed results after doing just them, and if I do not do them for at least a day, or not enough I get kind of firm.

Usually I have been doing at least 5 each leg in the morning, and same at night. If you sit on the floor and put both legs out in front of you, and point your toes toward your head, and your head toward your toes than it works very well too, and you get both at once.

I’m thinking that this is all actually from all of my weight lifting during the last year of high school and a little after. Also during the summer I rode my bike a lot which is supposidly for FF.

Same for me, probably means that one is the one I need to do most, hurts though.

I’m glad to hear these stretches are helping you guys. Like I said before, I have had great results from stretching and yoga especially. My pelvic floor specialist that I have been seeing has helped me a lot. She said she has seen guys with issues like this before and says it has to do with our bodies getting stressed out and basically going into shut down mode to protect itself. Now that I think back to when I was doing my PE exercises I remember getting really tense and not breathing properly. If you do this a lot it can create a lot of problems for your pelvic floor. Anyways she recommended that I try restorative yoga to help get my lower body release it’s tension and allow for proper function. I would highly recommend yoga if you haven’t already tried it.

Since this injury I have taken the time to develop other areas in my life that I need work on. I think that we get a little to obsessed with our PEing and start to put to much of our focus into growing a bigger unit. We have made ourselves believe that growing a bigger penis is the solution to being a better man. This is a very unhealthy way of thinking and far from the truth. Instead of beating yourself up all day about your injury, take the time while you heal to work on other areas in your life that could be improved on. If you do this I think you’ll continue progressing as a person and will find confidence in other areas. We will eventually get through our injuries, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to try and keep a positive mind frame.

This might not apply to everyone but it has definitely helped me out.

I definitely have scar tissue on my penis on the underneath near the base. Could stretches actually help or should I be looking for direct treatment such as magnesium ?

If you have scar tissues an you do strethes your body will release colagen to scar it additionally.Try magnesium or something alternative to heal your penile arteries,nerves and tissues.Doing strethes at this point is the worse you can do.

But all these guys with firm flaccid must have scar tissue, I’m talking about stretching the hips by the way ( not my unit) - which has been said to work for some people.

I personally don’t think everyone does have scar tissue, otherwise certain members wouldn’t experience changes of improvement. I myself am experiencing daily changes and at its best my penis has no firmness, my penis hangs really plump and is elasticated (doesn’t last long). This gives me hope that this problem can be overcome.

I don’t really think it’s scar tissue either.. I have the exact same thing going on James1984.. Mine alternates between hanging kinda long/large and being plump but soft and mushy like “normal” and then going back to a somewhat retracted, firmer state.. The firmness changes too.. At it’s worst it felt like really stiff, like a layer under the skin was real stiff, but sometimes it just feels a little more firm then normal..

If it were scar tissue wouldn’t it be hard all the time? Like in peyronies, you can feel the scar tissue while flaccid, so,. Seems unlikely to me. I think it’s a muscular thing, probably with the Dartos (penis muscle), Bulbospongiosus, Ischiocavernosus muscles that have either been overworked/strained/stretched/injured or they are being effected by other muscles or nerves in the pelvis.

I also am dubious that it’s scar tissue, for the same reasons mentioned above.
