Could it be that, because my body was under stress from the physical exercise/dehydration/anxiety that it somehow caused this hard flaccid?

Will it go away? It’s been almost 3 weeks now.. Freakin me out. Do you think it’s a collagen scar over the penis? My penis was a bit inflamed right before this developed.. Has anyone had this exact problem and then had it go away?

Yes it would be your body under stress.
There is definately a link between anxiety/stress and this condition. I’ve read of people complaining of these penis symptoms for different reasons and the common thing is they all mention anxiety.
I have anxiety problems myself and believe that it is definately related and has something to do with hormone levels such as adrenaline. This is another thing that magnesium will address and it’s great for improving mood and relaxation. The more I think about it the more boxes magnesium ticks for solving this problem.

You have only had this for 3 weeks and I doubt you have seriously injured yourself so try to relax a bit.
If you consume any of the vasoconstrictors I mentioned earlier then stop those immediately. Just take it easy and try to eat healthy or take supplements to balance you out and you should see improvements soon.

The problem is that one can have a firmish flaccid for different reasons.

People who overtrained and put too much stress to their dicks can make them contract and go into defense mode, for a long time too.
People with fibrosis can have firm flaccid.
People with leakage have reported a turtled flaccid.
People with Peyronies have a stiff flaccid. They can also develop shrinkage, curvature and hourglass shape.
People with this too: zonqor - Very big problem(ED) , help !!! please See dr.Lue’s explanation.
People with local muscle problems can have FF (remember 229233).
People with poor circulation can have FF. This is why fish oil helps.
People with hormonal problems can have a FF.

A gazillion of things. So no solution is going to work for everyone.

Guys with a prominent vein on top, try occluding it for better erections. Study your masturbation grip and see if you put special pressure somewhere on this vein. If you do, it might be minor leakage and correctable through embolization.

I guess thats why it’s difficult to figure out whats going on.. I can’t tell if it’s fibrosis or a muscular thing anymore.. I’m worried it could be some kind of fibrosis/collagen scar covering the whole penis.. Is that possible? Seems plausible. If you stretch the penis too far then it could essentially injure the entire length of the corpora cavernosum and induce and inflammation / healing response that covers the whole thing with a layer of scar tissue.. I hope thats not what happened to me!! Donno how to fix that ..

I had some kind of thing going on before this happened though, where the middle of my penis would lag behind while getting aroused.. But my head was always fully engorged and I had good erections..

Then I used a metal cock ring which was a little tight, and it inflated my dick so it was super super hard.. I only used it like twice and didn’t even masturbate with it on.. But I Feel like I strained the whole penis by inflating it so much..

After that, it seemed like the head wasn’t getting as hard anymore, but the lagging in the middle seemed to go away.. I let it rest for a week but then went back to having sex occasionally.. A few weeks later I got this hard flaccid.. So maybe I never adequately recovered from the initial straining/cock ring thing.. And have been super stressed about it/staying up late/exercising intensely which would slow or stop the healing process altogether..

Going to see my URO again soon, see what he says but normally when I’ve mentioned these problems before he just tells me not to worry about it.. But that doesn’t really help me.

Whats the difference between someone who “put too much stress” on there dick and it goes into defense mode and someone with some kind of fibrosis ? Seems like the same thing to me?

For the people who have had this go away, did you actually have a really firm flaccid? Like feeling different then anything you’ve felt before?

I’ve noticed my penis shaft seems less sensitive now too.. Hopefully the nerves aren’t being damaged.. Sometimes it’s so stiff/contracted I can imagine it would be crushing/damaging the nerves in the penis? And then when it’s more relaxed, it still doesn’t feel normal, it feels too mushy or something, and when I do get erections they are a bit weaker and feel stiff at the same time. It’s weird, it’s like they feel a bit softer/like the tissue feels different and yet it feels constrained or stiff as well.. Like the CC’s can’t expand fully.

I also have largish veins on the top of penis, not the dorsal vein but the 2 veins on either side of the top are pretty big. I’ve also noticed a small little bump type thing near the had of the penis on the shaft.. Dunno if that has anything to do with this or not.. Could it be a lymphocele? It’s not very noticeable but I can feel it when I feel the area. Could that cause hard flaccid?

Also, should I not have sex? At first after this hard flaccid I didn’t have sex or masturbate for 2 weeks, but then my girlfriend started wanting sex, so we’ve had sex a few times, which doesn’t seem to help.. Can’t tell if it’s making it worse though.. Probably not, but potentially.

And, is it better to do a hot wrap or a cold wrap?

All I know is I have had issues with hard flaccid penis even before I had Peyronie’s. I’ve been doing the stretches, and have taken a magnesium bath and am applying the oil daily. It seems to be working, and from what I have read, there is a good chance that the magnesium may help with the Peyronie’s fibrosis.

Please update us on the massaging of magnesium oil.. Any permanent success/better erections ?

Only had it a few days, will update later on. It has instantly improved flaccid size though, and a muscle in my back that had been causing issues has stopped hurting.

For me it makes no difference unfortunately, no visible changes.I have only bigger flaccid because of big amount ginkgo I ingest daily.I can recommend you all Timothy`s products from PureBulk, Inc - Pure Bulk Supplements & Nutrition Powders I use his products for months and it is really good but I have to do more research cuz too much ginkgo isn`t for sure good as everything of course, jelq`uing for example :D .

I still believe that my only really positive solution might be some surgery, mayby not so invasive as embolization but Im trying increase amount of my earnings mostly now cause mayby dr.Hsu in Taiwan might be my only positive solution.

I will have 26 years in june, aproximatelly 1 year ago when I found PE and my nocturnal erection woke me up in the night and my morning wood was literally morning steel, that times I would never believe that I would have to do some surgery on my unit, never ever, so it`s good saying never say never…

I’ve come across a new way to stretch the piriformis muscle, it is taken from The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, the website that makes this book has been linked to in this thread multiple times.

The attached picture pretty much shows what to do, the foot is on the outside of the leg that is laying flat, you then use your hand to pull down on your leg. I can really feel the muscle being worked.

I think guys now that this all idea of stretching my be helpfull for someone but in my opinion it might have really not significant effect for me or other similar injured guys cause I now my problem is directly in my unit and that the place I should target somehow.Mayby Im wrong of course but I can`t imagine how it would fix my venous leak.

Yea.. I think I have a tigh piriformis/other pelvis problems but I’m not convinced thats the cause of the problem.. I’m starting to think it’s scar tissue/collagen in the penis.. Because my dick looked a lil inflamed the day before the hard flaccid came on.

So now my goal is to get rid of this excessive fibrotic/collagen in the penis.. Probably won’t be easy but I know it can be done.

I think stress/anxiety are a cause because they don’t allow your body to repair itself normally and avoid this excessive collagen etc. I feel like I’ve been suffering from “adrenal fatigue” or something similar after being incredibly stressed the past year.. This makes it so your body cannot deal with stress (injury) in a normal way..

Does anyone now some creams/supplements that can get rid of this scar tissue or collagen or whatever it is? Is it similar to peyronies? But just covering the whole penis? Why is peyronies so hard to get rid of.. Arent there creams that can remove scar tissue? Maybe not

I have been doing my stretching a lot lately, and nothing good has really come from it. I guess I just went through another normal week when I started to stretch.

I’m completely clueless now. I still have my morning wood, and can get a decent erection, but my flaccid is still firm the majority of the time.

I would also like to say to the guys who are using magnesium to be careful. Usually you can have too much of anything for your body. I have read that you can have problems if you take too much of a certain supplement or vitamin. Without blood work to see if we have are deficient in anything, I really don’t think I would do the magnesium.

The only thing I have gotten from all of this is one thing.

Excessive masturbation always makes FF return. Everything is normal it seems, so I will masturbate 4 days in a row, and then return to my previous state. I do not know what that can tell me, but that is all I know.

I have been trying to notice subtle changes, or things around when I am getting temporarily better, or get worse again. Perhaps that will be of some use.

Keep it up guys, new idea’s are great, it just checks another thing off the list.

Castor oil is a very good thing to use. Heat and massage of course also. Anything that improves blood circulation safely. The more erections the better. The more you play with yourself the worse as you do not want to inflame the tissue.

I think the magnesium is safe.. This is taken from a reputable website selling magnesium oil.

“Are there any precautions for using Ancient Minerals magnesium products?

Avoid using Ancient Minerals magnesium gel or magnesium oil near mucus membranes such as the eyes and nose, which can cause some irritation. Also, while applying the magnesium oil and/or gel to broken skin or wounds can be highly therapeutic and cleansing, the high concentration of magnesium salts can cause discomfort. If you are using Ancient Minerals on broken skin or lesions (I.e. Psoriasis, eczema, acne, Morgellons, etc.) it is strongly advised to begin with magnesium baths until the skin had a chance to start healing and become less sensitive to the higher concentration of magnesium chloride in the oil and gel.

Is there a maximum daily limit for using Ancient Minerals topically?

No. As mentioned before, the skin has a unique ability to self-regulate absorption, and therefore overuse is of little concern.

Are Ancient Minerals magnesium products safe to use with children?

Most definitely! Ancient Minerals magnesium baths are the preferred application by most parents, and have been used with great success on children as young as 6 months old. They are not only safe, but highly therapeutic and can calm even the most restless young ones.”

Interestingly.. When I rub it into the shaft of the penis it seems like it all gets absorbed, yet when I rub it on my chest etc.. After like 10-20 minutes it usually turns into salt basically and I can rub it off.. If the skin can regulate how much it lets in, isnt it interesting that it seems to be letting more into the penis? Could be wrong though, but maybe it really needs it?
