Around a year and three quarters (started in August/September 2008) and now is the best I have been since suffering with a firm flaccid penis, I have no way of knowing if the supplements are to thank for the changes but its the only thing I have been doing differently and constantly. I did stretches which seemed to help but I stopped them weeks ago, maybe they played some sort of role, either way I plan on starting them again now that I have a floor mat.
My erections are good compared to last year and close to as good as normal. Most of the time I reach my BPEL measurement which to me says my erection is at least as full as before this all happened. My erections still decrease quicker than before without stimulation but there has been some improvement and possibly more that I’m not seeing due to masturbating daily, which is one of the reasons I plan to stop.
Last night I masturbated ( I couldn’t wait to measure) and the erection was so powerful my penis actually ached a little at the base, my girth was also the same new measurement :) , no change in erect length.
My firm flaccid is still present at times (a lot softer) but then at others I’m hanging as plump and full as I ever had before all of this. This honestly has made me believe that this can be fixed, if I was waking up most days with erections and my penis was hanging as plump as I mentioned above, all day long, I wouldn’t have any problem. Since I have experienced both within the last week, this has made me more confident that this isn’t permanent, which is a huge relief mentally.
I use digital scales to weigh my powder, if you don’t intend on buying scales I would go with the tablets, at least you will know how much you are taking, that is also the best price I have seen for Acetyl L-Carnitine tablets.
