Forgot the Jelqing Fundamentals, Now I Have a Serious Problem
I will try my best to keep this short and sweet. I believe that my uber long post on another forum was part of the reason that barely anyone answered.
I’ve been doing PE exercises on and off, though mostly off, since the age of 18, now I’am 23. I know how to jelq and the rules that come with it. Unfortunately, on Aug. 20 I stupidly chose to ignore one of the most important rules to follow: Unless you have been doing PE consistently for awhile, DO NOT jelq at 100% EQ/erection for any long period of time, because your penis isn’t used to it and can possibly cause an injury. This is exactly what I did, jelqed at 100% EQ about 50 times in a row, quickly and with some force all the way up to the head.
I did do a warm up/cool down before and after the exercise. For about a day I didn’t feel any pain, didn’t see anything unusual on me at all, so I lived on. Soon after that though, a sharp, needle like pain coupled with a warm/cool sensation began to appear on the left side of my member, just below the head so in the glans and down left to the base. The pain during the first week was excruciating, I honestly don’t know how I dealt with it everyday while walking around a college campus.
At this time I didn’t know about rice socks, the effects of the 5 G’s, L-Arginine, zinc, etc. So my injury went untreated for about a month and a half, and then I finally started here and there to do rice socks at least 2 times a day and take Opti-Men multivitamin, which has a lot of the ingredients like zinc that I mentioned previously.
Its now been almost 5 months since, and my injury has still not fully healed.I have been very slowly but surely making progress, week by week. Coming from where I was in August to what I am now is a big improvement, but I’ve still got the warm/cool sensation, but now mostly when I get excited. While I get morning woods, random erections and hard-ons from pictures and video and the like, but my EQ has not yet gotten back to what it was on Aug. 20 and I believe I’ve also lost some sensitivity. I’d say now my overall EQ is more like 90% with the entire left side a bit smaller than its opposite, so clearly not fully 100%. Basically it looks lopsided, favoring my right. I was messing around with a girl just a few hours ago and she was trying to get me up but the little guy barely responded to her hands or mouth, the loss of sensitivity meant I could barely feel her mouth on me at all, and my EQ only got up to about 30%, so she quit soon after trying for about 5 minutes (we had just woken up so she was sleepy).
Because of my loss of health insurance, I’ve been unable to visit a urologist and get the proper scans and tests, but its something I intend to do as soon as I can. I know no one on here are doctors so no need to add that disclaimer in your responses.
Does anyone have any clue as to what I did to myself and what if anything I can do to speed up the healing process?
Thank you for answering.
