Yes, getting stuff cut off is usally considered surgery.

For some reason I missed GW advice. No. I’d stay away from the home surgery idea. Lancing anything on or around the anus is a bad idea, due to the constant exposure to bacteria there risk of infection would be high. In fact I think surgery would be the last option for a young guy such as yourself. I’m surprised Sunny hasn’t chimed in on this. She’s a bit of a tissue expert best I recall.

I went to see my primary physician, I was told to take my clothes off and put a robe on and she would be in to see me shortly. You are so right sparkyx, I will leave it up to the pros. but the only thing that bothers me is that, although I have had surgeries before and this will be routine, but some surgeon is going to cut a piece of my colon off, or a vein but close enough, Although this kind of pain was intense. This is one of the most awakening experiences of my life. It hurt badly.

By th way, I took a pain killer earlier. Sparkyx knows what I mean. Later…..

I remember a guy at work was teling me about a hemorroid that was killing him. I never really understood how painful they could be. This guy actually wanted to show me his. I passed.

He won’t have to cut a piece of colon, may have to open it (the jellybean)to drain and cauterize it…but shouldn’t be a big deal.

My observation with clamping and to a lesser extent, pumping, is that it creates a negative force on the anus. By pushing and pulling as much of the inner penis out of the body (and away from the anus) and then securing it there for a prolonged period, there is that much less pressure on the anus. I was wondering if a rhoid could form not only an unusual outward force from the anus, but also from a lack of a counter force from keeping them in.
