New comer been doing newbie routine

Hello everyone !

I’m new PEer, 19 years old I’ve been reading many helpful threads and been seeing a good videos as the forums has a good valuable information.

So I decided to start PE with a newbie routine (the one from here) a few days ago after I finished I had a slight pain inside my penis and a little discomfort, so I stopped for 3-4 days after that I did PE for 2 days again and the third day was off, everything was normal and my EQ is 95-100 % and I masturbated for 2-3 times a day, and even got some results, my penis hang bigger and thicker when it’s flaccid, my erection was stronger, longer and thicker as I got 0.50 cm in length! So the 4th day I did the routine again everything was normal.

Until the 5th day (while I was supposed to do PE again as I’m following 2 day on/1 day off routine) I noticed no morning wood ! And it was so hard to get an erection and it’s a lot weaker and it’s even really hard to get it to 90 % EQ and I have pain in my upper right testicle now and pain in my penis when I try to erect it, so I was scared had to try it so I masturbated 3 times that day just to see if I have an injury or something, did nothing but to worsen the pain! Next day (which is today) I had the exact same thing. So I just masturbated for once and I climaxed fast but it was hard to get an erection and it wasn’t even close to 85% EQ ! P.S I don’t have numbness, lose of sensitivity, weird color or shape until now (hopefully I won’t have), except that I have a bigger BPEL and thickness while erected which is really noticeable without measuring.

Any thoughts and advises of what to do? Do I need to stick to a lighter program or wait for it till it gets better with the same program?

Which newbie routine did you follow?

Would be a good idea to rest until everything got back to normal, then start at Linear Newbie Routine, 1 ON followed by 1 OFF (weekends OFF).

Start doing stretches only after 2 weeks of training and don’t overboard 50 kegels per session.

How much time do you think before it got back to normal ? Do I have to worry ?

Penis heal itself really quickly (in comparison to the rest of the body), I would say 1 to 2 weeks tops.

You should only worry about recovery now. Quit PE and masturbation to speed up the process.

For some reason, the regular newbie routine could turn to be too much for some people. Linear Newbie Routine is a light version, starting really mild and as the time goes by, monitored (Physiologic Indicators) upgrades is necessary (1 to 2 weeks gap usually).

Rest completely for a week. Do not do anything. Try not to masturbate either and put some heating in the area.

Don’t force erections either. It is a common mistake in these cases. Don’t test your penis. When the penis is ok again it will start to test itself and you will be having morning woods and spontaneous erections. Let them happen, don’t touch the penis.

If you are not feeling better in a week go see a doc.

My best guess is you pulled or inflated a ligament. But it is just a guess.So, take the week off and if you are not seeing any progress go see a doc.

Thank you very much for your replays, well I tested it today too much :D but I will stop completely now/.

However it feels so much better today, better erection so much pain is gone, now I just have a slight of discomfort when I woke up at the morning and after I took a nap for 2 hours, and of course I feel a slight pain after I force an erection, after it’s 80 % erect, the pain stops but it gets back after it’s flaccid again and goes after 30-60 mins, but much difference from yesterday, yesterday felt like it was a piece of meat that is going to die :D

My last PE was on Monday it’s 3 days ago, but I masturbated so I will count a week from today (after my last masturbation).

So the pain is 90 % gone, however I still feel a burn sensation in the base of the penis from front near the testicles when I urinate (but not always) and when I get a simple erection from thinking about something, as getting an erection is much easier now I think it’s even normal getting an erection, and no morning woods yet. And there is a slight pain from time to time.

But why there is that burning sensation ? And how many days before it’s gone and cured ?

It’s healing yet. Leave it alone as many days necessary.

If you are getting erections and pain is greatly reduced it is just a matter of time

I masturbated today 45 mins ago :/ while I really shouldn’t..
Now the glans is so sensitive I didn’t have this before.
What does that mean? Have I damaged my penis? If I have is it permanent damage? But now I get erection very easily maybe even normal like before My injury. But not as hard as before. And I feel a slight pain when I get an erection.

Glans is sensitive I mean it’s like when squeezing it while I’m erect, but it’s sensitive by just moving around and walking when it touches my underwear.

No. The bad thing in injuries is NOT to feel the glans.

If it is sensitive to the touch is good.

Maybe PE made you horny and that’s it.

You are totally fine, your dick just hates you because of the abuse, leave it alone give it some rest and force yourself to not touch it at all unless it’s for peing.

You can also take some Bromeline, it’s amazing for this kind of injury.
